Family Meal Plan

– Week 359

*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*

Monday

  • Main Dish: Sheet Pan Lasagna – I kept seeing this everywhere and finally decided to make my own version. It is easier than traditional lasagna and still gives you all those classic layers everyone loves.
  • Side Dish:
    • Side Salad with Creamy Italian Dressing – A simple fresh salad to balance out the pasta night. That homemade dressing pulls it all together and is worth the few extra minutes.
    • Garlic Bread  – Because lasagna night without garlic bread just feels wrong. It will be gone fast!

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Sauce – This one feels a little fancy but is completely doable on a weeknight. The garlic sauce makes it flavorful without being complicated.
  • Side Dish:
    • Extra Creamy Homemade Mashed Potatoes – Soft, fluffy, and exactly what you want under that sauce. Comfort food done right.
    • Roasted Green Beans – Simple, dependable, and a great way to round out the plate.

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: Mexican Street Corn Chicken – This dinner feels fun in the middle of the week! Big flavor, easy prep, and something a little different from the usual rotation.
  • Side Dish:
    • Chips with Salsa or Guacamole – Set these out and dinner instantly feels more relaxed.
    • Sautéed onions and peppers – Add them on top of the chicken or serve them on the side. Either way they bring extra flavor and color to the table.

Thursday

  • Main Dish: Mediterranean Meatball Bowls – Bowls are always a win because everyone can build their own. These are fresh, filling, and great for switching things up.
  • Side Dish:
    • Mediterranean Chickpea Salad – Bright and flavorful with just the right amount of crunch. It pairs perfectly with the meatballs.
    • Lemon Rice – Light and fresh with enough flavor to hold its own in the bowl.

Friday

  • Main dish: Italian Sausage Tortellini Skillet – This one is always a family favorite. It all cooks in one pan and happens to be packed with veggies that somehow go unnoticed. That feels like a win. 😉
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli  – Roasting it with garlic and parmesan makes all the difference. Even the broccoli skeptics usually go back for more.
    • Caprese – Fresh, simple, and perfect either as a side or set out before dinner while everyone gathers in the kitchen.
  • Dessert – Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies – Warm, gooey, and gone almost as soon as they cool. You might want to hide a couple for yourself.

Appetizer

  • Mini Pigs in a Blanket – Perfect for after school snacking or setting out on the weekend. Put out a few dipping options and watch them disappear.
