Monday
- Main Dish: Baked Orange Chicken – This one brings all the takeout flavor without actually ordering takeout. It’s saucy, a little sweet, and always a hit.
- Side Dish:
- Vegetable Fried Rice – A must with orange chicken. It soaks up all that sauce and makes the whole plate feel complete.
- Garlic Pork Peanut Noodles – If you want to round things out or feed a bigger crew, these noodles are packed with flavor and come together fast.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Green Goddess Salad w Parmesan Chicken – This is how you do salad for dinner without anyone complaining. The chicken makes it hearty and that dressing pulls everything together.
- Side Dish:
- Creamy Tomato Basil Soup – Perfect for dipping and makes the whole meal feel a little extra.
- Garlic Bread – You already know this disappears fast. It turns salad night into something everyone is excited about.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Butter Chicken – Twenty minutes and one pot. It tastes like it simmered all day but it didn’t. This is one of those recipes that feels impressive without the effort.
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice or Plain Basmati Rice – Spoon that buttery sauce right over the top and let it soak in. So simple and so good.
- Sautéed Spinach – If you want to lighten it up, serve the chicken over spinach. It’s not traditional but it works.
- Naan – This is a traditional Indian bread that most groceries stores carry. Warm it up and use it to scoop up every last bit of sauce. No fork required.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Cheeseburger Sliders – If the drive-thru has been calling your name, make these instead. They’re easy, baked all at once, and taste way better.
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Wedges – Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and perfect for dipping.
- 3 minute Instant Pot Corn – This method makes the corn so tender and that garlic butter takes it over the top. It’s one of those sides people talk about.
Friday
- Main dish: Garlic Bread Pizza –Friday pizza night just got easier. Set out toppings and let everyone build their own. It keeps things fun and simple. If you haven’t seen my big list of Pizza Topping Ideas, you need to!
- Side Dish:
- Italian Rotini Pasta – You can make this ahead and pull it out when you’re ready. It’s great alongside pizza and even better the next day.
- Homemade Ranch Dressing – Put this out with veggies and watch them disappear. Keeping a jar in the fridge just makes life easier.
- Dessert – Fudge Brownies – These are the brownies people request by name. Thick, fudgy, and always worth making a double batch.
Appetizer
- Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs – Sweet, savory, and perfect for setting out before dinner or for the weekend. Leave them in the crockpot and let everyone grab as they walk by.
