Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Spinach Feta Turkey Meatballs – These are flavorful in the best way and disappear faster than you expect (yes, even from picky plates).
- Side Dish:
- Baked Tomato Ricotta Pasta – Creamy, saucy, and the kind of pasta everyone keeps sneaking extra bites of straight from the pan.
- Lemon Rice – Bright, simple, and exactly what this dinner needs to pull everything together.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Mexican Chicken Salad – Fresh, bold, and a meal that feels exciting instead of “just another salad”. Plus, it’s packed with protein AND great for tomorrow’s lunch!
- Side Dish:
- Borracho Beans – These are the kind of beans you scoop “just a little more” of… and then keep going back for.
- Easy Mexican Cornbread – Soft, slightly sweet, and perfect for grabbing seconds without even sitting back down.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Cashew Chicken – If you’ve made this once, you already know why it’s on repeat. If you haven’t, you’re about to.
- Side Dish:

Thursday

Friday
