Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

Monday

  • Main Dish: Spinach Feta Turkey Meatballs – These are flavorful in the best way and disappear faster than you expect (yes, even from picky plates).
  • Side Dish:
    • Baked Tomato Ricotta Pasta – Creamy, saucy, and the kind of pasta everyone keeps sneaking extra bites of straight from the pan.
    • Lemon Rice – Bright, simple, and exactly what this dinner needs to pull everything together.

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: Mexican Chicken Salad – Fresh, bold, and a meal that feels exciting instead of “just another salad”. Plus, it’s packed with protein AND great for tomorrow’s lunch!
  • Side Dish:
    • Borracho Beans – These are the kind of beans you scoop “just a little more” of… and then keep going back for.
    • Easy Mexican Cornbread – Soft, slightly sweet, and perfect for grabbing seconds without even sitting back down.

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: Sheet Pan Cashew Chicken – If you’ve made this once, you already know why it’s on repeat. If you haven’t, you’re about to.
  • Side Dish:
    • Veggie Fried Rice – A great way to make dinner feel bigger without making it harder.
    • Asian Cucumber Salad – Cool, crunchy, and exactly what you want alongside all those bold flavors.

Thursday

  • Main Dish: Chicken Taco Casserole – Taco night energy without all the assembling and cleanup. Everyone just digs in.
  • Side Dish:
    • Side salad with Jalapeno Ranch (family FAVORITE!) – This dressing turns salad into something people actually get excited about! You can also drizzle the ranch over your casserole.
    • Mexican Roasted Veggies – Simple, flavorful, and might surprise you when it’s the first thing gone from everyone’s plate.

Friday

  • Main Dish: Cajun Chicken Skillet – Big flavor, quick cook, and the kind of dinner that makes Friday feel like Friday.
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Smashed Potatoes – Crispy, buttery, and the side that gets scraped clean every time.
    • Side salad with ranch dressing – Mix cajun seasoning into ranch for an extra kick.
  • Dessert – Devil’s Food Cake Cookies – Rich, chocolatey, and somehow gone before they’ve even cooled.

Appetizer

  • Honey BBQ Boneless Wings – Sweet, sticky, and guaranteed to draw everyone into the kitchen asking, “Are they ready yet?”
