Family Meal Plan
– Week 347
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Cashew Chicken – A quick, family-friendly dinner that tastes like takeout but comes together on one pan. It’s saucy, crunchy, and so easy to clean up!
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Green Beans – Simple, reliable, and always a hit. They roast alongside the chicken while the kids get the table ready.
- Veggie Fried Rice – This ties the whole meal together and feels like a fun upgrade from plain rice!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders – Flavorful and on the table in 15 minutes – no wonder they’ve turned into a weekly staple!
- Side Dish:
- Smashed Potatoes – The perfect match for a lemony chicken – crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
- Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms – Garlic butter transforms these into something even mushroom-skeptics go back for.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta – Creamy, garlicky pasta topped with that ultra-crispy chicken… it’s pure dinner happiness.
- Side Dish:
- Arugula Pear Salad – The pears, pomegranate, and gorgonzola make it feel fancy, but it literally takes minutes to toss together!
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables – The pesto gives the veggies so much flavor. Follow my method and they’ll come out just right.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Korean Beef Bowls – A fun, build-your-own dinner that gets everyone excited to load up their bowls just the way they like.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Coleslaw – Light, crunchy, and just what warm rice and tender beef need next to it.
- Toppings Ideas – Things like spicy mayo, fried egg, fried jalapenos, yum yum sauce, tempura crunch, sesame seeds, green onions, carrots, pineapple, and pickled jalapenos bring these bowls to the next level.
Friday
- Main Dish: Tuscan Garlic Chicken – A rich, flavorful chicken dinner that feels restaurant-worthy but is still weeknight-easy.
- Side Dish:
- A crispy side salad and a balsamic vinaigrette – Adds a fresh bite to balance out the creamy chicken.
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – Oven roasted and packed with garlic. They deliver all the excitement of fries, just in a cozier form.
- Dessert – Black Forest Dump Cake – A chocolate-cherry dessert that feels nostalgic and indulgent… with barely any work involved.
Appetizer
- Turkey Club Sliders – These are amazing as an appetizer. The little hand-held bites are great to just grab ‘n go.
