Meal Plan – Week 344
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: One Pan Lemon Chicken and Potatoes – This dinner is comforting, but tastes fresh because of the lemons and is super simple! Make a little extra because Wednesday’s dinner basically cooks itself thanks to these leftovers.
- Side Dish:
- Broccoli Crunch Salad – My kids actually ask for this salad! Probably because it’s a little sweet and a lot crunchy.
- Cucumber Tomato Salad – You can quickly throw this together while the chicken finishes in the oven.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: French Onion Pot Roast – Just four ingredients and a fast prep – then the slow cooker handles the rest.
- Side Dish:
- Grandma’s Macaroni and Cheese – Creamy, cozy, and exactly the side you want with a pot roast.
- Creamy Mashed Potatoes – Whip these up and watch everyone scoop up every drop of that oniony gravy!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Lemon Chicken Pasta – Toss Monday’s chicken with pasta and a splash of cream or broth and dinner is done before the kids even ask, “What’s for dinner?”
- Side Dish:
- Side salad with red wine vinaigrette – Crisp veggies with a simple vinaigrette is the easiest side dish and always needed on pasta night!
- Garlic Bread – Our tried-and-true garlic bread that disappears before the pasta even hits the table.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Loaded Potato Soup – Toss it all in the crockpot, walk away, and come back to a bowl of creamy, hearty goodness that warms everyone right up.
- Side Dish:
- Chicken Bites – The quickest protein boost for soup night. Kids love them, adults snack on them and everybody wins.
- Hearty Chef Salad – When you need something light next to a rich soup, this is the fastest way to balance the meal.
Friday
- Main Dish: Cheesy Ravioli Pasta – Zero fuss, big flavor, and a Friday meal that is so easy.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – A little crispy, a little cheesy, and always the first things to disappear.
- Roasted Vegetable Medley – Toss on whatever veggies you have – they roast up beautifully and round out the plate.
- Dessert – Gooey Pecan Pie Bars – These are dangerously good. If you set them out after dinner, don’t expect leftovers!
Appetizer
- Tiny Tacos – Fun, pop-able, and the kind of appetizer you’ll probably want to double because everyone grabs “just one more.”
