Family Meal Plan
Meal Plan – Week 338
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Beef and Broccoli – Skip the takeout! This crockpot version is saucy, savory, and makes the house smell amazing! Dinner practically makes itself while you’re doing everything else on your list.
- Side Dish:
- Easy Veggie Fried Rice – Toss it together in minutes!
- Asian Sriracha Coleslaw – Crunchy, tangy, with just the right kick to wake up your taste buds.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Marry Me Chicken and Tortellini – My family asks for this one on repeat! Creamy, cheesy, and so good it earned its name. The chicken and tortellini soak up every bit of the dreamy sauce.
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Broccoli – Roasted until crispy on the edges and covered in Parmesan, it’s one of the few ways broccoli disappears at our dinner table.
- Italian Side Salad – Crisp, fresh, and makes me feel good because I’m feeding the family something green!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Beef Enchiladas – Yes, two crockpot meals in one week… because why not? Forget rolling tortillas, let the slow cooker do the work!
- Side Dish:
- Easy Mexican Cornbread – Warm, sweet, and perfect for scooping up all the goodness.
- Borracho Beans – Beans are always a great way to stretch the meal without stretching your time – they’re creamy and so filling.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Pepper Steak Stir Fry – Fast, flavorful, and way easier than dragging the kids out to a restaurant. This one’s on regular rotation.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad – This is so addictive I end up eating half of it while “taste testing.” The ginger-soy dressing makes it feel fresh and different.
- Lemon Rice (or leftover fried rice) – Easy, no-fuss, and ties it all together.
Friday
- Main Dish: Baked Turkey Tenderloin – Have you ever made a turkey tenderloin? Juicy, family-sized turkey tenderloin is so simple and great for a weeknight.
- Side Dish:
- Jiffy Corn Casserole – Creamy, buttery, and the side dish no one skips.
- Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts – Golden, crunchy, and one of the only ways my kids actually eat Brussels.
- Dessert – Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies – These cookies don’t last an hour in my house — warm, gooey, and totally kid-approved.
Appetizer
- Mini Pigs in a Blanket – Whether you need a snack for after school or a weekend appetizer, these always hit the spot. Serve with brown mustard, ketchup or whatever your favorite dip is!
