Meal Plan – Week 331

Monday
- Main Dish: Creamy Boursin Baked Orzo – The easiest pasta dish you will ever make!
- Side Dish:
- La Scala Chopped Salad – This is a popular restaurant salad dupe made easily in the comfort of your own home – we love the leftovers.
- Pesto Cheese Bread – The pesto flavors are perfect with the orzo.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Pork Carnitas – Using this carnitas seasoning mix you’ll have the juiciest most tender crispy carnitas your family will devour.
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – This tasty side only takes about 5 minutes to make!
- Black Beans – It doesn’t get much easier than this recipe.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: BBQ Chicken Bake – It’s hard to believe that just 10 minutes of prep and simple ingredients can give you a family-friendly main dish that kids and adults will both love.
- Side Dish:
- Sauteed Green Beans – With just a few simple ingredients you will have the most delicious green beans that complement your dinner.
- Baked Macaroni and Cheese – BBQ dishes always have me craving macaroni, so I hope you love my Grandma’s mac and cheese recipe!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Carnitas Nachos – Using your carnitas from Tuesday, you’ll have a family favorite on the table in a flash. Nachos probably don’t sound very healthy, but you can really sneak in the veggies and protein!
- Side Dish:
- Spicy Jalapeno Ranch – Add a drizzle of this to your nachos for a little extra flavor burst.
- Sautéed Peppers and Onions – You can serve these as a side or use as an extra topping.
Friday
- Main Dish: Honey Sriracha Meatballs – These meatballs have an Asian twist that we can’t get enough of!
- Side Dish:
- 15 Minute Chicken Fried Rice – Quick AND delicious!
- Cucumber Salad w Ginger Dressing – Zero cooking is required for this side dish, which means less dishes!
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Blondies – Soft and gooey in the center, perfectly crispy on the edges – the perfect dessert!
Appetizer
- Homemade Salsa – Have this recipe handy because people will ask for the recipe – I am a salsa snob and this is EASY!
