Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Chili Cheese Meatball Bake – Juicy meatballs in a delicious sauce and topped with cheese make these super kid friendly.
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Rice – This tastes just like Chipotle’s rice!
- Homemade Buttermilk Cornbread – This recipe gives you the cornbread you always hope for when you take it out of the oven!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Ground Turkey Stir Fry – This recipe is as simple as can be, and my easy stir fry sauce makes it taste like delicious takeout!
- Side Dish:
- Spicy Sriracha Asian Coleslaw – You could do a simple green salad with ginger dressing, but this coleslaw is too good not to make!
- Rice or Noodles
- Sautéed Spinach – Light and super quick stove top spinach is easy to make and serve.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Loaded Mac and Cheese – This is our new favorite meal and I am not mad about it! The hearty ground beef gives the pasta the protein it never knew it needed. It’s cheesy, simple to make and will make everyone at your table happy.
- Side Dish:
- Best Ever Garlic Bread – This is needed to wipe up every last drop of the cheesy sauce from your plate.
- Italian House Salad – Everyone agrees that this restaurant style Italian dressing that is paired with this is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thursday
- Main Dish: Crockpot BBQ Chicken – Dinner in no time with just 3 ingredients is all you need. I love a good dump-n-go recipe!
- Side Dish:
- Deviled Egg Potato Salad – This has classic American flavors and is great served with the BBQ chicken.
- Southern Coleslaw – Full of flavor and comes together so quickly.
Friday
- Main Dish: Stuffed Italian Peppers – Even the kids enjoy this healthy weeknight dinner. The melty cheese that the ground chicken mixture is topped with is a winner!
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes – These are extra creamy and a family favorite.
- Parmesan Broccoli – My family and I are convinced this is the only right way to make broccoli!
- Dessert – No Bake Cookies – These are even better if you store them in the fridge!
Appetizer
- Million Dollar Chicken Salad – This chicken salad has BACON – yes, you heard me! You can serve this with crackers as an appetizer or serve it as a wrap or sandwich for lunch or dinner.
