Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Chicken Cheesesteaks – If you like Philly cheesesteaks you will love this toasty sandwich that is a lightened up version of a classic. *make sure to have extras for leftovers on Wednesday*
- Side Dish:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes – This side dish only has 3 ingredients and in my humble opinion is the most delicious way to make potatoes.
- Classic Southern Salad – This has everything you want in a salad!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Tostada Salad – It’s Tostada Tuesday, taco Tuesday’s sister! Don’t forget to make the creamy salsa verde ranch dressing because it.is.GOOD!
- Side Dish:
- Street Corn Casserole – Elote flavor is all the rage this summer and it’s exactly what this street corn casserole is packed with – everyone loves it and it only takes 5 minutes to prep.
- Guacamole – Table-side guac is definitely needed on your tostado salad.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Chicken Cheesesteak Rice Bowls – Transform Monday’s leftovers into something new that the whole family will enjoy!
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – Add a scoop of this rice to a bowl and top with your warm chicken filling.
- Roasted Vegetables – Crispy roasted veggies added to your bowl along with a drizzle of Italian dressing completes a dinner that took hardly no time at all and no one will believe you used leftovers!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Southwest Burger – Drizzle my mouthwatering southwest sauce (included in the recipe!) on top of a perfectly seasoned burger patty for the perfect summer night meal.
- Side Dish:
- Oven Baked Wedge Fries – These fries are baked so they’re a little healthier than your typical french fry. Still crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside though. So good!
- Cilantro Lime Pasta Salad – If you can, prep this pasta salad the day before so you can thank yourself tonight because you have less food to prep.
Friday
- Main Dish: Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake – This is a meal the whole family will enjoy. Alfredo bake is also one of those recipes where you can seriously dump some pantry staples into a casserole dish and be done.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – I’ve waited all week for a crispy slice of garlic bread! This is a fool-proof, 10 minute recipe that is fantastic!
- Caprese Salad – The quickest, most refreshing salad full of fresh tomatoes and creamy mozzarella.
- Dessert – Strawberry Crumble Bars – One of my readers said “I made it and my family DEVOURED it in one sitting. I served it with ice cream. My kids are begging for me to make it again!” -Jenna. Need I say more?
Appetizer
- Honey Whipped Feta Dip – We are in our dip era this summer! Serve this with some crackers, pita chips or even some crunchy veggies for the most delicious appetizer.
