Family Meal Plan
– Week 319
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Creamy Lemon Orzo and Chicken — This dinner is so hearty that you might as well consider it a one pot meal. The lemony sauce paired with the orzo pasta and chicken is making my mouth water. I can’t wait for you to make this!
- Side Dish:
- Burrata Caprese Salad — You use only simple ingredients and yet it’s tasty, beautiful and everyone is always impressed by it. The bite-sized pieces of tomato and burrata drizzled with a balsamic glaze are why I love this salad.
- Pesto Cheese Bread — I love a yummy cheesy garlic bread, but adding pesto to take it up a notch is just what you need sometimes.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Big Mac Sliders — Need dinner on the table fast? These sliders can be on the table in under 30 minutes and are so much better than fast food. Plus, you can customize them.
- Side Dish:
- Herb-Roasted Potatoes — This is one of my favorite side dishes. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
- Garlic Roasted Vegetables — Easy, garlicky, and so delicious. A winning combination with your sliders!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Cream of Mushroom Chicken — This dish is classic comfort food. It takes 6 ingredients and just minutes to get it into the oven. It’s packed with flavor and creamy goodness that even the pickiest eaters will enjoy.
- Side Dish:
- Quick Green Beans — This simple side is so easy and always aims to please the whole dinner table.
- Wedge Salad — This salad comes together quickly – don’t forget to make this Bleu Cheese Dressing to go with it!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Honey Sriracha Meatballs — These are sweet, savory and have a little hint of heat.
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Cauliflower Bites — Your family will be shocked when they hear these are healthy. The garlic, parmesan and crispy bites are so delicious you’d never know!
- 15 Minute Chicken Fried Rice, white or brown rice – Rice is the best way to soak up the sauce from the meatballs.
Friday
- Main Dish: Bang Bang Chicken Bowls — This is a super quick recipe that uses pantry staples. It’s customizable and packed full of delicious flavors.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Coleslaw — I like added crunch mixed into my bowls. I love the texture of it with rice and the juicy chicken.
- Edamame with Sea Salt
- Brown Butter Broccoli — Roast them for a little char and you can even add a little sesame oil.
- Dessert – Devils Food Cake Cookies — This is my favorite cake mix cookie recipe! 4 ingredients, 1 bowl and so easy to make mid week or as a Friday treat. Schools out so you could even have the kids make them because they’re so simple!
Appetizer
- Pepperoni Pizza Rolls — Another great “summer time” recipe that kids can make. Homemade pizza rolls are easier than you think!
