Family Meal Plan
– Week 313
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Ground Beef Bulgogi — This bulgogi (pronounced “bool-GOH-gee”) is savory and a little bit sweet, super quick to make and a very versatile recipe that tastes awesome!
- Side Dish:
- Yum Yum Sauce — Spoon your bulgogi right over some steamed rice and a drizzle of this sauce. SO GOOD!
- Garlic roasted vegetables — These go perfectly with the bulgogi.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Garlic Butter Meatballs — These ground turkey meatballs are delicious. 10 minutes – it’s all you need for a flavor packed dinner!
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice — This rice goes perfectly with the meatballs.
- Brown Butter Broccoli — My kids say this broccoli “slaps” and I”m not really sure what that means, but I think it means it tastes really good because they clean their plate!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Boursin Egg Toast — I shared this on Instagram and everyone demanded the recipe. Do you ever just crave breakfast for dinner? Why limit yourself to just breakfast – have it for dinner!
- Side Dish:
- Summer Fruit Salad — Keep it light with this delicious salad.
- Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls — Tiny but mighty with lots of flavor and just 3 simple ingredients. The cheddar bay takes these sausage balls to a new level!
Thursday
- Main Dish: – Ground Chicken Stir Fry — Top 3 things I love about this – easy, kid-friendly and one pan. One pan meals are the best.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad — This salad is light, so full of flavor and can be prepped in advance. Makes for an even faster side dish the night of dinner.
- Sriracha Slaw — This cabbage has a little kick if you are into that!
- Noodles — If you like lo mein, ramen noodles would be great as a side. Cook it up and toss it with the stir fry.
Friday
- Main Dish: Sausage Pesto Penne — Do not sleep on this sheet pan meal! In just 30 minutes you’ll have a meal that is packed with protein and delicious veggies.
- Side Dish:
- Caprese — You can’t go wrong serving this fresh, classic salad.
- Garlic Bread — You will probably want to make this every week after you try it. It is my favorite!
- Dessert — Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies — Over time I perfected this cookie recipe and I am so glad I did. It was worth it!
Appetizer
- Garlic Chicken Bites — If you need a heavier appetizer, these are a still bitesized and are a hit. Try them with my homemade ranch.
