Family Meal Plan
– Week 312
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken — This is my new favorite crockpot recipe and it might become yours, too!
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice — A fresh and easy side dish that is also refreshing.
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables — These are a staple at my dinner table and they pair well with the garlic parmesan chicken.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Tostada Salad — Switch things up for Taco Tuesday and do Tostada Tuesday! I include one of my FAVORITE dressings, too.
- Side Dish:
- Street Corn Casserole — Just 5 minutes to prep this one-of-a-kind casserole!
- Mexican Roasted Vegetables — This veggie medley is roasted to perfection in a blend of olive oil, taco seasoning, and lime juice. I like to add these veggies to my tostadas.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Italian Sausage Tortellini — I LOVE a one pan dish! I always keep this stuff on hand because it’s so easy to throw together.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Cheese Bread — Garlic cheese bread is packed with flavor and adds an extra layer of deliciousness to your Italian Tortellini.
- Salad with Creamy Italian dressing — Don’t be intimidated by a homemade dressing. This is simple and tastes like restaurant quality.
Thursday
- Main Dish: – Spinach Artichoke Chicken — It doesn’t get much better than tender chicken smothered in creamy spinach and artichokes!
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes — Love serving the chicken on a bed of mashed potatoes to soak up all of the amazing creamy sauce.
- Tomato Mozzarella Basil Salad — This has all the flavor of a caprese salad made bite sized for easy every day eating.
Friday
- Main Dish: Philly Cheesesteak Sliders — These sliders were our 2nd most popular recipe last year and after you try them you’ll understand why. They are a family favorite!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Wedges — If there was ever the perfect match this would be it.
- Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli — These are a delicious way to give an extra wholesome boost to the dinner.
- Dessert – White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies — These big, thick, bakery style cookies are almost irresistible!!
Appetizer
- Crockpot Party Meatballs — This classic party appetizer has tangy flavors everyone enjoys. And the ease of using a crock pot makes it convenient whether you need to bring to a pot luck or have something your family can graze on throughout the day.
