– Week 311
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: French Dip Sandwiches — I’ve been so excited to share this recipe with you. They’re easy to make with just 10 minutes of prep and into the crockpot everything goes!
- Side Dish:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes — This recipe has only 3 ingredients and is a foolproof way to make delicious potatoes.
- Broccoli Crunch Salad — This side is veggie-packed, with a sweet-and-crunchy taste that has everyone coming back for more!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Fajitas — An easy dinner that can be ready in no more than 15 minutes and it’s a hit with the kids and adults.
- Side Dish:
- Borracho Beans — A scoop of these creamy pinto beans is a great side to get a well-rounded meal
- Cilantro Lime Rice – Beans and rice is a classic pairing, and this is a great lighter side to pair with borracho beans and fajitas.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Baked Caesar Chicken — Ok, I knew this 5 ingredient meal was good, but you all really blew me out of the water! Hundreds of you have made it just this week
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Asparagus — A little crispy and great as a side.
- Dinner Rolls — No yeast, easy dinner rolls. You’ve gotta try them if you haven’t yet.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Garlic Steak Bites — This is a great recipe to meal prep if you have time earlier in the week. They’re so tender and juicy – no one will believe you when you tell them how easy they were to make.
- Side Dish:
- House Salad — Steakhouse style!
- Corn Casserole — This is one of the most requested sides at our house!
Friday
- Main Dish: Ground Turkey Stir Fry — Even my pickiest eater enjoys this!
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad — This is delicious and you can even make the dressing ahead of time!
- Sauteed Spinach — Ready in minutes and you can mix teriyaki sauce with it or just mix it with your turkey.
- Butter lettuce to make a wrap
- Rice, brown rice, cauliflower rice, or quinoa
- Dessert – Soft Sugar Cookies — Do you make sugar cookies for Easter? This recipe is my favorite because they are chewy, flavorful and are the opposite of boring! For Spring you could even add some buttercream frosting and pastel sprinkles.
Appetizer
- Greek Layer Dip — This hearty appetizer is so good that I might actually eat it as a meal sometimes.
