Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

Monday

  • Main Dish: Cast Iron Strip Steak — I love a good steakhouse steak and this gives you the same flavor, but in your home! *make extra to have leftovers for tomorrow*
  • Side Dish:
    • Roasted Asparagus — Baking your asparagus gives you the most tender, yet crispy and full of flavor veggie side dish.
    • Wedge Salad — This is super quick and easy to make. It’s the perfect starter to your main steakhouse meal. 

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: Loaded Stuffed Baked Potatoes — Using leftovers you will have a hearty, fluffy and fully loaded baked potato. You can customize your toppings depending on what everyone in your family likes – sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon, jalapeños etc.
  • Side Dish:
    • Tuscan Tortellini Soup — This soup can be made in under 20 minutes! It’s a great way to bulk up your dinner if the baked potatoes won’t be enough.
    • Garlic Roasted Vegetables — Roasting veggies is the best way to eat them. They are simple to make, but crazy satisfying.

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: La Scala Salad — We are full of restaurant quality meals this week! The popular restaurant salad is full of big flavors from all the fresh ingredients. The tangy red wine vinaigrette is what marries all the flavors together and makes it taste so gourmet.
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Bread — You can easily whip up a batch of this garlic bread in no time at all.
    • Perfect Baked Chicken Breast — Bulk your salad up a little more by placing sliced chicken breast right on top of your salad.

Thursday

  • Main Dish: Sausage Pesto Penne — Sheet pan meals make me so happy. In just 30 minutes you’ll have a well rounded meal and a very easy kitchen clean up.
  • Side Dish:
    • Caprese — My favorite fresh salad.
    • Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette — This salad comes together in a flash with just 4 ingredients.

Friday

  • Main Dish: Baked Italian Grinder Sandwich — Next to nachos (or cheese chips, if you’ve been watching my instagram stories 😂), I LOVE a good sandwich and this one is the BEST.
  • Side Dish:
    • Italian Quinoa Salad — This would be great as a side, and you can save the extra for the weekend – it’s even better the next day!
    • Veggies and Dip — An assortment of veggies like carrots, celery, tomatoes, bell pepper and pair it with homemade ranch, blue cheese, or creamy Italian dressing for dipping.
  • Dessert — Strawberry Crumble Bars — Add a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and you’ve created the most delicious dessert – tastes like a dream.

Appetizer

  • Asian Zing Wings — If you’ve never made wings at home you won’t believe how easy they are to make!
