Family Meal Plan
– Week 307
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Honey Chili Crisp Chicken Bites — Chicken bites of any kind are typically loved by all and this recipe might be the best yet!
- Side Dish:
- Vegetable Fried Rice — You can cook this alongside your chicken and they’ll be finished at the same time as your chicken bites. You’ll look like a pro when everything is plated piping hot!
- Sautéed Green Beans — This simple side is so easy and always aims to please even the pickiest little eater.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Ground Beef Cobbler — This is an all in one meal with the protein and veggies packed in together. The cheddar bay biscuit mix makes it an extra satisfying, comfort meal that is great for tonight!
- Side Dish:
- House Salad — A nice crispy salad that tastes like Outback Steakhouse.
- Baked Asparagus — This is another side that will make you have “pro status” because you can put it into the oven at the same time as the casserole and they’ll be finished at the same time
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Turkey Teriyaki Bowls — Is there anything better than a 25 minute meal made almost entirely of pantry staples? You can also make these into lettuce wraps – it’s a very versatile recipe!
- Side Dish:
- Sauce — We love to top off the Turkey Teriyaki Bowls with Spicy Mayo or Yum Yum Sauce.
- Asian Cucumber Salad — For a quick side, this is a light and delicious addition.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Baja Chicken — This chicken is seared to perfection and is SO juicy! *Make some extra for tomorrow’s dinner!*
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Corn Salad — The sweet and tangy flavors in this salad are perfect as a side dish.
- Mexican Roasted Vegetables — Just minutes to prepare and I recommend making extras so you can use for tomorrow’s dinner as well.
Friday
- Main Dish: Baja Chicken Wrap — Using your leftovers from yesterday this is a breeze to put together. Everyone can add what they want and you can sit back and not have to be in the kitchen all night!
- Side Dish:
- Oven-Baked Potato Wedges — Round out your meal with these perfectly fluffy on the outside, crispy on the inside potato wedges. You can even season them with my southwest seasoning!
- Creamy Southern Coleslaw — A crunchy 10 minute cabbage recipe that is basically made for a baja chicken wrap!
- Dessert: Lemon Meltaway Cookies — I’m over here doing my part to force Spring to happen! If anything will do it, it’s these cookies.
Appetizer
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders — I love bite-sized appetizers and these rarely last very long.
