Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Italian Baked Chicken – Crispy chicken that cooks quickly and the whole family will love! Make extra for lunch leftovers and make Caesar Salad Sandwiches.
- Side Dish:
- Italian Quinoa Salad – This has so much flavor and is perfect for lunch the next day if you have leftovers.
- Roasted Veggies – It doesn’t get much easier than this side dish and they are delicious.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Tuscan Pot Roast – This crockpot recipe is one that tastes good enough to serve to company. It has so much flavor and the slow cooker is the chef!
- Side Dish:
- Creamy Mashed Potatoes – Forever and always our go to mashed potato recipe.
- Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts – My kids even like this! I think it’s because they have the perfect amount of crisp.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Meatballs in Marinara – Ya’ll are LOVING this recipe. You can’t beat a delicious, quick and kid-friendly dinner. *Save the leftovers for tomorrow night*
- Side Dish:
- Pasta – Spaghetti is my go-to but lots of kids like shells, ziti or elbow pasta.
- Garlic Bread – Stick with a classic.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Meatball Subs– Using the leftovers from yesterday you can make the most amazing sub sandwiches. Grab some hoagie rolls, add some cheese and warm them in the oven so that they’re just a little crispy. Chef’s kiss 🤌🏼
- Side Dish:
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad– This super fresh salad is the answer.
- Baked Potato Wedges– Everyone loves these!
Friday
- Main dish: One Pot Chicken Salsa Soup– I knew I had to make this again when my family asked for seconds. I can’t wait for you to try this if you haven’t already!
- Side Dish:
- Cornbread– Easy to make and perfect to dunk into your soup.
- Chips and dip- make a dip station of salsa, guacamole, and pico de gallo
- Dessert – Caramel Snickerdoodles– This recipe is a must try if you love Snickerdoodles. They are snickerdoodle heaven!
Appetizer
- BBQ Chicken Drumsticks– Perfect for game day or even as a light meal with a side of ranch and carrots.
