Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Burrata Chicken Parmesan – This dinner is a fast and easy family dinner option. If you like chicken parm, you will be blown away by this!
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower – The crispy parmesan pieces are what get the kids on board with eating cauliflower.
- Arugula Pear Salad – I love how effortless this salad is!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Cajun Chicken Skillet – Easy, healthy, and delicious…these are a few of my favorite things! Make a little extra so that you will have leftovers later this week.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – These are everything a potato should be and that’s why everyone loves these.
- Cornbread – The trick I use works every time! It is the most tender cornbread you will ever have.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: – Southern Pot Roast with Potatoes – I love making a big roast like this because you can eat it for dinner night one, then use the leftovers for meal prep or extra quick lunches throughout the week.
- Side Dish:
- Salad with Buttermilk Ranch – This dressing takes 5 minutes and if you ask me, it’s life changing. It stays good in the fridge for at least a week!
- Broccoli Slaw – Quick – easy – packed with flavor…just how the best recipes are!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Cajun Chicken Pasta – Using your leftovers from Tuesday this dinner will be a breeze. Using your choice of pasta, mix it with alfredo sauce, cajun chicken with peppers, and additional cajun seasoning to taste. Serve garnished with parmesan and diced tomatoes.
- Side Dish:
- Cajun Roasted Veggies – This vegetable medley is the perfect side!
- Garlic Cheese Bread – You can’t beat cheesy garlic bread! And this recipe is my families personal favorite.
Friday
- Main Dish: BBQ Pork Sandwiches – This is easy slow cooker recipe is perfect in the middle of a busy week. Make it for sandwiches or keep it light as a lettuce wrap or salad.
- Side Dish:
- Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter – The garlic butter on this corn is EVERYTHING!
- Mexican Street Corn Dip – This can be prepped ahead of time, but it takes less than 10 minutes and is great as a side!
- Dessert – Cinnamon Snowball Cookies – These remind me of the holidays, but I seriously crave these easy and delicious cookies year round!
Appetizer
- 2 ingredient Pesto Snacks – This is a collection of my favorite pesto combos! These make great snacks or appetizers and can be whipped up in just minutes! Perfect for a weekend full of big football games.
