– Week 292
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Garlic Butter Chicken Bites – The perfect busy mom meal that is ready in just 20 minutes and your whole family will love them!
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Green Beans – Crispy green beans are a staple in our house and these are perfectly seasoned.
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes – In my humble opinion, this might be the BEST way to make potatoes!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: French Onion Meatballs – If you’re in a dinner rut, these meatballs are great for getting in some new flavors. Eat the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette – Take the extra 5 minutes to make the salad dressing and use it over the next couple of days!
- Brussel Sprouts – Brussel sprouts go with everything and are so easy to make! If you like a crispy veggie, you have to try these.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: BBQ Chicken Nachos – Not only are BBQ and nachos 2 of my favorite things, they’re super easy to make. Best of all, no one would ever say no to nacho night!
- Side Dish:
- Southern Coleslaw – Creamy, but crispy coleslaw pairs so well with the bbq nachos!
- Crock Pot Refried Beans – You can eat these on the side or add them right onto your nachos.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Creamy Beef and Shells – This is a kid-friendly, cozy recipe that fills everyone up. You can throw it together in 30 minutes and feed a crowd!
- Side Dish:
- Strawberry Spinach Salad – This salad is so bright and a great side to balance out the heartier pasta. Add sweet and savory pecans, too!
- Garlic Bread – We have big garlic bread energy here! This is going to become your go to garlic bread if it isn’t already.
Friday
- Main Dish: Turkey Cranberry Sliders – These are the BEST as a lazy night dinner. Use leftover turkey or you can even use deli turkey!
- Side Dish:
- Cranberry Sauce – It’s a big debate whether or not cranberry sauce from a can vs homemade is the way to go. I am a little bit of a cranberry snob and think this recipe is the way to go!
- Slow Cooker Tomato Soup – Soup and a sandwich is my dream dinner because they’re made for eachother!
- Dessert – Key Lime Cookies – One bite and you’ll say WOW, these are good!
Appetizer
- Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls – Just 3 simple ingredients and you have a crowd pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for game day!
