Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

Monday

  • Main Dish: Crockpot Beef Stroganoff – A dump and go recipe that the whole family enjoys!
  • Side Dish:
    • Arugula Pear Salad – I love a crunchy, fresh, pear salad in the fall!
    • Garlic Bread – is perfect for soaking up the creamy sauce!

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: Salsa Fresca Chicken – This dish is so simple to make and even easier to clean up. It’s no wonder millions of people have made it! *Make a little extra for Thursday’s recipe.
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Rice – This rice tastes like it came straight from a Mexican restaurant!
    • Black Beans – Make sure to read the full instructions so you don’t miss my favorite trick for making canned beans taste amazing.
    • Chips and Corn Salsa – This is inspired by the recipe that Chipotle shared on TikTok for their famous corn salsa.

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: Crockpot Steak Bites – Remember when this broke the internet? We haven’t made this in a while and I can’t wait!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mashed Sweet Potatoes – Sweet, yet savory. Creamy, but fluffy. These are easy enough to make during the week and go great with steak bites.
    • Oven Roasted Vegetables – Roasting brings out the best flavor in veggies!

Thursday

  • Main Dish: Baked Chicken Tacos – Shred up the leftovers from Tuesday and use as the filling for taco night. My kids love these SO MUCH!
  • Side Dish:
    • Peppers and Onions – You’ll perfectly sauteed peppers and onions every time with this recipe.
    • Toppings – Try guacamole, pico de gallo, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, or jalapeno ranch!

Friday

  • Main Dish: Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup – We’re doing a soup series on Instagram, so you should check it out. This has been a HUGE hit. It is seriously the BEST soup!
  • Side Dish:
    • Buttermilk Cornbread – I shared this on Instagram a couple days ago and you all went bananas for it!
    • Kale Salad – The perfect 4 ingredient salad that is simple enough to serve with a warm delicious soup.
  • Dessert – Orange Cranberry Bread – I am a huge cranberry lover and this 10 minute sweet bread really hits the spot when I want a yummy fall treat!

Appetizer

  • Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs – If you want a yummy snack for the weekend, why not let your crock pot do the work?!
