Family Meal Plan – Week 282
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Monterey Jack Unfried Chicken – With just 10 minutes of prep and about 15 minutes in the oven, you will have cheesy, crunchy, juicy chicken with every bite. *make extra for Wednesday’s dinner*
- Side Dish:
- Herb-Roasted Potatoes – Crispy on the outside, but fluffy on the inside. They’re such a tasty side.
- Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – This is always a family favorite! I could make this broccoli every night of the week and no one would complain.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Korean Beef Bowls – The kids love being able to choose their toppings!
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad – This is simple enough to make the day of, but you can also prep it ahead of time to make dinner prep even faster on a busy night.
- Easy Fried Rice – Technically this is a steak fried rice, but you can simply swap the Korean beef and mix it all together. It’s so good this way!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Caesar Pasta Salad – Keep dinner easy tonight, but still protein packed by topping the Caesar salad with leftover, chopped unfried chicken for a delicious boost of nutrition.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Cheesy Bread – I get asked for this recipe all.the.time. It’s perfect for your pasta salad AND your tomato soup. Yum!
- Creamy Tomato Soup – This is made in the slow cooker and you won’t believe how easy it is to make!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing – A set-it-and-forget-it recipe that is as comforting as it is tasty? Sounds like a plan!
- Side Dish:
- Mile High Biscuits – These are my favorite buttermilk biscuits and they are such a treat!
- Cranberry Sauce – My homemade version is so fast! Practice making this now so that you can get excited to make it for the holidays.
Friday
- Main Dish: Baked Bean Burritos – You can have this in the oven in just 10 minutes…and you probably have all these ingredients on hand already.
- Side Dish:
- Chips and salsa – I suggest trying my homemade salsa or my corn salsa.
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – This is one of our most popular recipes!
- Dessert – Devils Food Cake Cookies – 4 ingredients, 1 bowl and perfect to make mid week or as a Friday treat.
Appetizer
- Pepperoni Pizza Rolls – This homemade version is easier than you can imagine!
