Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Italian Turkey Meatballs – Even my pickiest eaters love these and I promise you that says a lot! Make some extra for another meal later in the week.
- Side Dish:
- Pasta – This probably seems obvious, but why mess with a classic? You can serve over spaghetti noodles or if you want to go a little lighter, I enjoy them with spaghetti squash or zoodles.
- Garlic Bread – Hands-down our favorite recipe!
- Side salad – Keep dinner light with a restaurant quality salad that is tossed in a healthy balsamic vinaigrette. Perfect flavors that taste restaurant quality!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Baja Chicken Tacos – These are so easy to make and you NEED them in your life!
- Side Dish:
- Crock Pot Black Beans – People tend to think a “dry bean” is a lot of work, but when you pair them with your crock pot and some seasonings, you end up with the most flavorful black beans you’ll ever have.
- Mexican Rice – These are so yummy that your family will want to tip you because they’ll think they’re in a restaurant 😂
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Meatball Subs – Using the meatballs you made on Monday, these subs only take minutes to assemble. They can even be prepped ahead to make them even faster!
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Green Beans – Perfectly seasoned and crispy green beans are a staple in our house.
- Pesto Caesar Tortellini Salad – This quick pasta salad can be made in minutes and is one my kids will ask for seconds of.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Baked Mesquite Chicken – My baked chicken dishes are always popular and for good reasons. Not only does this come together in one dish, but the layers of tender chicken, BBQ sauce, cheese, and bacon taste like you spent hours to make.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – I can’t get enough of these!
- Mexican Corn Salad – A summer go to because of the fresh flavors. And the leftovers save well for lunch, so bonus!
Friday
- Main Dish: Ranch Baked Chicken Thighs – Maybe the fastest prep of any dinner which is a must at at the end of a busy week. These are not only quick, but cook hands off to perfection in the oven.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Broccoli – This easy roasted broccoli is so good, you kinda forget it is a veggie!!
- Perfect Roasted Veggies – We make this recipe at least once a week at our house because it is so simple and delicious.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Jelly Cookies – These are irresistible and practically melt in your mouth!
Appetizer
- Cajun Chicken Dip – Hot, creamy, cheesy, and hearty with chunks of chicken, it is everything a delicious dip should be. Be prepared to share the recipe if you bring it to a friends!
