Family Meal Plan
Week 276
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Oven Baked Rotisserie Chicken – Did you know you don’t need an actual rotisserie to get a crispy, golden and delicious rotisserie chicken? And make sure to save the leftovers for Wednesday’s dinner!
- Side Dish:
- Instant Pot Baked Potatoes – This is my favorite potato to have when I’m doing a juicy and delicious chicken.
- Maple Glazed Carrots – Carrots are always a must when I make a rotisserie chicken.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Ground Turkey Tacos – Tacos were meant to be served on Tuesday!
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Rice – This restaurant style rice is the most delicious served with your tacos.
- Chips served with salsa and/or guacamole – I’m sticking with the classics today, friends!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread – This pizza has such a short list of ingredients, and you can also use Monday’s leftover chicken so it will come together in a flash! If you have an extra 5 minutes I’m also begging you to make my homemade ranch. You can also do a drizzle of buffalo sauce to add a little kick!
- Side Dish:
- Arugula Pear Salad – Pizza and salad always sounds good, but a salad that is full-of-flavor and super refreshing with the juicy pears is the perfect side dish option.
- Garlic Roasted Vegetables – Add some delicious crispy veggies as a side. The delicious smell will make everyone come running wondering what’s for dinner.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Marry Me Chicken and Tortellini – I shared this recipe on instagram last week and all of you went bananas! It is out of this world!
- Side Dish:
- Italian Side Salad – This salad paired with the tortellini is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ meal.
- Sauteed Spinach – If you prefer a light side dish this will be a big hit.
Friday
- Main dish: Crock Pot Pineapple Chicken – This is a quick and easy, no fuss dinner that’s great for Friday night.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Spicy Mayo – A drizzle of this and maybe some additional teriyaki sauce? Yes, please!
- Rice – White, brown or fried – I prefer to serve our pineapple chicken right on top of rice. Keep it simple!
- Dessert – Fudge Brownies – These are the BEST brownies!
Appetizer
- Taco Layer Dip – Practically everyone enjoys this appetizer, so I reach for this recipe often!
