Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Hot Honey Chicken Breast – Everyone, including the kids will love this dish. And you will love it more because it has minimal prep and cook time!
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Vegetables – The flavors of the roasted veggies are the best when paired with the sweet and spiciness of the chicken.
- Buttermilk Cornbread – This is my families favorite classic cornbread recipe!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Mediterranean Ground Chicken Pitas – If you want something healthy and flavorful on the table fast, you can definitely feel great about this meal.
- Side Dish:
- Homemade Tzatziki Sauce – Don’t be intimidated by this; I promise it’s easy and so worth making!
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad – Such a delicious summer side dish. It’s perfect with your chicken pitas.
- Roasted Potato Wedges – When I need a little extra side, I love a good excuse to make these crispy baked fries!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Pulled BBQ Pork – Everyone deserves a slam dunk crock pot recipe and this is a winner. *save your leftovers for an even easier meal on Friday*
- Side Dish:
- Grandma’s Easy Macaroni and Cheese – A BBQ dinner wouldn’t be complete without comforting mac n cheese.
- Coleslaw – Just 10 minutes to prep this – it’s as easy as it is delicious!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Sausage Pesto Penne – Sheet pan meals make me so happy because In just 30 minutes you’ll have a well rounded meal!
- Side Dish:
- Caprese – My favorite fresh salad in the summer.
- Garlic Bread – As always, this bread is such a classic and favorite for my family.
Friday
- Main Dish: Pork Sandwiches – Follow these instructions, but use your leftover pork from Wednesday.
- Side Dish:
- Strawberry Spinach Salad – My favorite part of this has to be the poppyseed dressing….just a little drizzle makes it irrisistable.
- Corn on the Cob – You won’t believe how juicy this corn is. It’s THE BEST.
- Dessert – Chocolate No Bake Cookies – When you need that little bite of chocolate, these cookies really feed the craving and they’re super quick to make!
Appetizer
- Black Bean and Corn Salsa – This salsa is MAGIC ✨ I like to grab some chips and start dipping for a snack, but THEN I’ll sneak it on top of my eggs the next morning.
