Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Turkey Burger Sliders – A 20 minute meal that is a family favorite!
- Side Dish:
- Grinder Pasta Salad – This is always a popular side dish at barbecues and goes great with the sliders.
- Broccoli Cauliflower Salad – We LOVE the crunch and flavor combination of this salad!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Rotisserie Chicken – Using our tuscan seasoning rub it all over the rotisserie chicken and you will have dinner tonight and later on in the week with the extra chicken!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potatoes – These aren’t technically baked because I use my instant pot, but they are so fluffy and delicious!
- Maple Glazed Carrots – I love these buttery, cozy carrots especially when paired with the chicken.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Garlic Herb Chicken Pillows – Work smarter, not harder with your chicken from yesterday to make this chicken pillows.
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Vegetables – Roasting vegetables really does bring out the best flavors!
- Brown Butter Broccoli – Even your kids will love this green healthy side dish.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Garlic Steak BItes – You are going to love how tender these steak bites are!
- Side Dish:
- House Salad – Steakhouse style!
- Corn Casserole – This is one of the most requested sides at our house!
Friday
- Main dish: Crock Pot BBQ Brisket – With the long weekend behind us, you might still be craving the BBQ food and this brisket is perfect! They are juicy and out of this would yummy! You can use bottled (I like Sweet Baby Rays), or homemade BBQ sauce when you prepare this brisket.
- Side Dish:
- Traditional Coleslaw – This recipe is my favorite, but if you want to spice it up, try something new like this Sriracha Coleslaw.
- Beans – Go with a classic BBQ baked beans or my Cowboy Baked Beans. You can also just dress up canned black beans with this crazy good recipe.
- Dessert – Soft Sugar Cookies – If you think sugar cookies are boring, you have to try these cookies because they are chewy, flavorful and are the opposite of boring! Add some red, white or blue sprinkles for Memorial Weekend.
Appetizer
- Greek Layer Dip – This is a VERY hearty appetizer so I tell myself it’s ok to eat as a meal. 😉
