Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

Monday

  • Main Dish: ​Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken with Broccoli​ – A great dinner option that already has veggies mixed into the recipe!
  • Side Dish:
    • Smashed Potatoes – Crispy and delicious oven potatoes.
    • Fruit Salad – Keep your side dishes light with fresh fruit that is so delicious.

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: French Onion Meatballs – These meatballs are filling and a great way to change up your dinner during the week. These reheat well so save your leftovers for Thursdays dinner.
  • Side Dish:
    • Crispy Brussels Sprouts – Grab a sheet pan and a few ingredients for the most delicious side dish that is anything but boring.
    • Side salad with Creamy Italian Dressing – The dressing takes 5 minutes to make and you will not regret it!

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: Easy Baked Chicken Fajitas – This is my go-to easy dinner. Never fails and everyone is always happy! Plus, it only takes 15 minutes to prep and get into the oven.
  • Side Dish:
    • Black Beans – I have a great cooking hack for the most delicious, restaurant quality black beans.
    • Mexican Rice – You are going to love my quick and easy method to make this rice.

Thursday

  • Main Dish: French Onion Meatball Pasta – Prepare your pasta of choice per package directions. Heat Tuesday’s leftover meatballs, onions, and sauce in a skillet. Add in heavy cream until a nice saucy consistency. Toss with pasta and serve hot.
  • Side Dish:
    • Cheesy Garlic Bread – The BEST garlic cheese bread.
    • Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower – This can be prepped in just minutes.

Friday

  • Main dish: One Pan Tuscan Pork Chops – I love a one pan meal, especially on a Friday when the last thing you want to do is cook.
  • Side Dish:
    • Italian Quinoa Salad – This quinoa salad is a great addition to your main entree.
    • Roasted Asparagus – Delicious and SO easy.
  • Dessert – Key Lime Cookies – These cookies are SO ADDICTING!

Appetizer

  • Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Rolls – Who doesn’t love pizza rolls?! This homemade version of the popular frozen pizza rolls just got even easier than you can imagine!
