Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Pesto Chicken Bake – This is a recipe you will make again and again and not get sick of. There are only 6 ingredients and every single one together makes for the tastiest, quick dinner!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Broccoli – This is amazing with the pesto bake.
- Garlic Cheese Bread – Super easy and so delicious. Kids get so excited when they can smell the garlic bread in the oven.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza – We love having pizza night in the middle of the week and you can not beat this super quick recipe!
- Side Dish:
- Bacon Ranch Broccoli Salad – This salad is the perfect fresh side to pair with your flatbread pizza.
- Creamy Southern Coleslaw – Coleslaw goes so well with anything BBQ, so it only sounds fitting that we have it with BBQ pizza.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Creamy Beef and Shells – You can throw this together in 30 minutes. Has the same flavors as Hamburger Helper but obviously way better! Not to mention better for you. 😉
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Veggies – Put these into the oven before you start making your pasta and they’ll both be done at the same time. You’re basically a pro chef now and your family will be so impressed!
- Kale Salad – Don’t like kale? Think again! The kale marinates in this lemon vinaigrette and seriously makes the salad irresistible! You have to try it!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Braised Chicken Breast – Cooking chicken this way creates the most perfect, juiciest meat. It’s also a dream because this is a one pan meal so you’ll have very little cleanup.
- Side Dish:
- Creamy Mashed Potatoes – This is my favorite side to serve with this dish.
- Lemon Rice – The lemon rice is delicious especially when it soaks up the gravy from the juicy chicken.
Friday
- Main Dish: Ground Turkey Fried Rice – This is just as good as takeout and you’ll get it even quicker because it takes about 15 minutes to prep!
- Side Dish:
- Green Beans – Keep it simple and just add extra veggies to the stir fry or serve on the side.
- Asian Cucumber Salad w Ginger Dressing – No cooking is required for this side dish and you can even prep it ahead of time.
- Dessert – Fudge Brownies – These are the PERFECT brownie! If you’re bringing these to a friends house, be prepared to share the recipe because they are a hit!
Appetizer
- Hawaiian Meatballs – These are made in the crockpot and are so simple, but the flavor is amazing! You can serve as an appetizer or even add rice on the side to make it a heavier app or meal.
