Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: Creamy Sausage and Spinach Stuffed Shells – These stuffed shells can be made in just 35 minutes! The yummy restaurant quality Italian flavors are sure to please every palate.
  • Side Dish:
    • Pesto Roasted Vegetables – These are a match made in heaven for your stuffed shells!
    • Garlic Cheese Bread – Your family will be asking for seconds because this really is the BEST recipe!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Cheesy Bacon BBQ Chicken Bake – You will LOVE this classic dish that is full of sweet and tangy flavors. This is a one pan meal which makes it perfect for a busy weeknight.
  • Side Dish:
    • Bacon in the Oven – While this is not a side, you will definitely want to make it to sprinkle on top of your chicken bake! We have the best kept secret to making your bacon extra crispy in the oven and you will not be disappointed! *Make extra so you can use it for Friday’s side dish.
    • Pan Fried Green Beans – With just a few simple ingredients you will have the most delicious green beans that compliment your chicken bake.

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Tomato Basil Pasta – Fridge to fork in under 20 minutes? Yes, please! This is actually one of our fastest recipes! It is loaded with tomatoes, basil and herbs to make a quick and easy sauce. Add it to the pasta and you have a hearty dinner that is extra family friendly. Optional: Add grilled chicken or steak if you want to add some protein.
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Roasted Vegetables – These make a great side dish for almost anything, but especially this pasta.
    • Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad – Think caprese, but in salad form. This is loaded with delicious sweet and savory flavors.

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: – Korean Lettuce Wraps – Weeknights are too busy to not have an easy meal, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor. These lettuce wraps are so easy to make, but also a great family meal because the toppings can be customized for anyone’s tastes.
  • Side Dish:
    • Asian Cucumber Salad – Ginger and the soy sauce make this salad so tasty. What is even better is that this dish can be made in advance and the flavors get even better with time!
    • Citrus Rice – Easy, quick and delicious. You can’t go wrong with this rice!

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Garlic Herb Chicken Pillows – Grab rotisserie chicken to make this meal even easier than it already is. Buttery crescent rolls wrapped around a creamy chicken mixture will make everyone in your home smile at dinner.
  • Side Dish:
    • Ranch Smashed Potatoes – These crispy roasted smashed potatoes are the BEST way to make potatoes as a side dish. 
    • Broccoli Salad with Bacon – The flavors in this salad are a perfect pairing of sweet and salty with a little tangy dressing. *If you have leftover bacon from Tuesday you can easily use it for this!
  • Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars –  These delicious bars are the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate in a perfectly tasty cookie bar.

APPETIZER

  • Mexican Style Spinach Dip – This is a fun twist on your traditional spinach dip and people will be begging for your recipe!
