Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: Barbacoa Tostadas – This is the perfect customizable recipe that will leave everyone satisfied by the end of dinner time!
  • Side Dish:
    • Easy Mexican Rice – You’ll feel like you’re actually eating at a restaurant with this rice!
    • Mexican Roasted Veggies – Keep it light, quick, and easy with veggies that still have the Mexican flavor.

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Turkey Spinach Feta Burgers – These Greek seasoned turkey burgers are juicy and delicious. If that wasn’t enough to convince you, they only take 20 minutes to get on the table, start to finish. 
  • Side Dish:
    • Baked Potato Wedges – Not that we think you’ll need to convince anyone to eat these because they’re so delicious, but just in case – tell the kids they’re french fries 😉
    • Cucumber Tomato Salad – This is the perfect side if you want to keep dinner light. It’s fresh and blended with salty and sweet flavors!

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Spinach Bacon Quiche– My family gets so excited when they find out we’re having breakfast for dinner. With the eggs and bacon, this meal is full of protein and such a great way to end the day. In just a few steps, you’ll have dinner on the table in no time. The bonus is that if you have any leftovers, you can just reheat it for a hearty breakfast!
  • Side Dish:
    • French Toast Muffins – We might be having breakfast for dinner, but no one said you can’t have a sweet treat as well. These are so easy to make and the little vanilla and maple syrup bites will keep you wanting more. Make some extra and thank yourself later!
    • Million Dollar Bacon – This savory bacon is cooked on a sheet pan which means you’ll have very little to clean up!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: – Lemon Basil Chicken Pasta – This meal comes together in no time, but the best part is that it is all so quick and easy to make! The pasta cooks while the chicken is prepared, and the sauce comes together in minutes just using the pan drippings along with a little butter, lemon and broth. This might just become a go-to meal for you!
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – My kids love this irresistible side!
    • The Best Garlic Bread – You can’t go wrong with this classic side.

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Blackened Chicken Salad – If you want to keep your Friday meal extra simple, this is an all in one meal. Lots of veggies and delicious blackened chicken as your protein. You really don’t even need a side because this will fill you up!
  • Side Dish:
    • Slow Cooker Tomato Soup – This is an Easy Family Recipe favorite! It couldn’t be any easier to go alongside your salad.
    • Crock Pot Loaded Potato Soup – Another meatless side that would compliment your salad is this creamy soup that is loaded with flavor!
  • Dessert – Chocolate No Bake Cookies –  These are one of my FAVORITE cookies and they have the best texture.

APPETIZER

  • Greek Layer Dip – Sometimes I crave this and have to stop myself from eating the entire thing when I make it! This requires just a few ingredients and tastes amazing. If you have extra time on Tuesday, maybe make it as an appetizer while people wait for their turkey burgers to be ready!
