Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Perfect Baked Chicken– I have cooked hundreds of thousands of pounds of chicken over the years, and this is my go recipe to for the most tender, juicy, classic baked chicken breasts! You may even want to double the recipe, because this is the same recipe I use for making shredded or diced chicken to use in other recipes like casseroles, wraps, salads etc!
- Side Dish:
- Mac and Cheese– This classic macaroni and cheese is a family favorite.
- Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts– These brussels have all the crispy edges!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: – Korean Beef Bowls– If you have a pound of ground beef, this is a great way to use it! These bowls have tons of flavor and each person can top them off anyway they like so it is perfect for picky eaters.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad – This goes great in the bowl or on the side- your choice!
- Spring Rolls– buy them in the freezer section or make spring rolls from scratch if you have the time.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Garlic Steak Bites– This is a super quick and easy way to make steak for a weeknight since all you need is one skillet! The garlicky flavor is cooked right in and of course you can make the steak to any level of doneness you prefer.
- Side Dish:
- Steakhouse Wedge– To be completely transparent, I may get more excited for this salad more than the main meal! It is THAT good! (AND SO EASY!!)
- Parmesan Ranch Smashed Potatoes– If you make all 3 parts of this meal and it doesn’t knock your socks off, I will be very surprised! These potatoes are exceptionally delicious!!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Fritta with Garlic Cream Sauce– If you love creamy pasta, this is going to hit it out of the park! This Olive Garden copy cat is a favorite of my kids and always equals a clean plate with no leftovers at my house.
- Sides:
- Family Favorite Garlic Bread– the secret to making it taste so good is in the spread!
- Roasted Vegetables– Perfect side to add a little color to the plate
FRIDAY
- Main dish: 3 Ingredient Taco Chicken– 3 ingredients plus a slow cooker makes this perfect for an easy (and delicious) Friday night. You can’t go wrong with tacos!
- Side:
- Corn Avocado Salad– Make it in advance if needed!
- Chips and Homemade Salsa– This salsa will rival any Mexican restaurant and you won’t believe how easy it is to make!
- Dessert – Fudgy Brownies– These are known as the “Kimber Brownies” among my friends and if you are a chocolate lover you are going to want to make them ASAP!
APPETIZER
- Cajun Chicken Dip– Hot, cheesy, creamy and packed with zesty cajun flavors. This dip is so addicting in the BEST way!
