Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Homemade Shake and Bake Pork Chops– If you haven’t made this classic from scratch you are missing out. It is SO EASY and so kid friendly for a great weeknight win. I love that you can eat these on their own, or mix them with almost any side you may have on hand. They can go great in a sandwich or on a salad, so you may want to make extra for leftovers!
- Side Dish:
- Rotini Pasta Salad – Tastes like a Mexican restaurant!
- Roasted Green Beans– Use this short cut recipe to make canned black beans taste like you slaved away for hours!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: – Creamy Salsa Chicken Bake– This one dish dinner is a SUPER hit with my crew! It combines salsa with a creamy cheesy topping and bakes all over tender chicken breast in one casserole dish. This is great with a side of rice and beans, or you can shred it up and make the yummiest tacos, burrito bowls, quesadillas etc. I can’t say enough good things about this recipe!
- Side Dish:
- Copycat Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice – Like the restaurant and SO easy to make.
- Black beans – This quick method makes canned beans taste amazing.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Ravioli Lasagna– One of the absolute fastest recipes to make, this easy casserole comes together with almost no prep and has super saucy cheesy flavors for the win!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Vegetable Medley– This is one of my most popular side dish recipes! It is quick and so so delicious.
- Garlic Bread– These are super fast, super wholesome, and super yummy!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken Soup– This has so many great flavors in a dump and go recipe!
- Sides:
- Side Salad – Pair the soup with a side salad if you want a little something extra. I love to use this Homemade Balsamic dressing– SO GOOD!
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Baked Turkey Sliders– This quick and easy casserole comes together in minutes and marries some of our family’s favorite flavors. You can use leftover chicken, a rotisserie chicken, or any pulled chicken you may have. It is perfect for eating with a fork out of a bowl, or piling on top of chips for a hands only meal!
- Side:
- Brown Butter Broccoli– If you haven’t tried this side yet, you are absolutely missing out on the BEST and easiest way to eat broccoli ever!
- Baked Potato Wedges– my favorite way to make easy “french fries” at home!
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies– I have been making these for over 20 years. They are the cookie I am known for among my friends, AND this is the first time I am sharing this recipe with yall on the blog. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
APPETIZER
- Chicken Fajita Dip– For all the Tex-Mex lovers! This easy party dip is hot, hearty, cheesy and perfect for football watching!
