Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Slow Cooker Broccoli Cheese Soup– This recipe has ALL the sneaky veggies! Not only is this the perfect hearty meatless Monday meal, it is packed with equal parts cheesy, creamy, comforting goodness, and lots of bonus veggies that the family will never even know about! I LOVE this soup because it is easy, wholesome and so so delicious!
  • Side Dish:
    • Chicken Cobb Salad– For a filling side this cobb salad makes a great accompaniment!
    • Garlic Bread– A must for soaking up every last bit of the soup!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Chicken Burrito Skillet– All the delicious flavors of a loaded chicken burrito in a one skillet – quick and easy- dinner! One of my personal favorite parts is that you can serve it up to suit the likes of each person. So the kids love to stuff it in tortillas, and the grown ups eat it bowl style. Plus, load it up with as many (or few) toppings as you want!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Street Corn Casserole– This is one my our readers ALL TIME FAVORITE recipes! And people keep making it year after year, because it is just that good!
    • Toppings:
      • Shredded lettuce
      • Corn Salsa
      • Pico de Gallo
      • Sour Cream
      • Guacamole

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Steak Sandwiches-These are made with an inexpensive cut of steak, but the marinade we use makes it tender, juicy, and taste like a million bucks! Bonus- this recipe is so quick, it can take as little as 20 min fridge to table.
  • Side Dish:
    • Instant Pot Baked Potatoes– Nothing goes better with steak than a big fluffy baked potato, and the pressure cooker is my favorite way to make them! They get so light and fluffy!
    • Broccoli Salad with Bacon– You can make this easy salad ahead of time to make dinner even faster!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Lasagna Chicken Bake – This one dish wonder gives you that luxurious lasagna flavor all smothered over tender chicken breast and bakes hands off in JUST ONE DISH! So quick, so easy, so yummy!!
  • Sides:
    • Garlic Roasted Vegetables– This side dish is one I make more than any other!
    • Pesto Cheese Bread– Switch up your normal garlic bread for this! SO GOOD!

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Garlic Bread Pizzas– get the whole family involved with this perfect Friday night dinner. You can make a big french bread pizza and slice it up, or grab sub rolls and let each person make their own personal pizza. My family loves to choose their own toppings and get creative with decorating their pizza at times too! If you need some inspiration for what to put on your pizza, make sure to check out my BIG list of Pizza Topping Ideas!
  • Side:
    • Italian Rotini Pasta Salad– You can make this ahead of time or whip it up quickly on the day of!
    • Homemade Ranch Dressing– I am from Texas and we dip our pizza in ranch! If you want a restaurant style ranch that only takes 5 min to make– this is it!!
  • Dessert – Fudge Brownies–  Every time I make these I forget just how much I love them! They are so dense, rich, and fudgey and everything a brownie should be!

APPETIZER

  • Asian Style Meatballs– The meatball is great, but the glaze takes it over the top! Have you tried these yet?!?!
