Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie– All the cozy flavors of chicken pot pie, in a super quick- dump and go- kind of crockpot recipe! Best part? My kids asked for seconds! Worst part? There were no leftovers!
  • Side Dish:
    • Side salad with homemade ranch– Once you try this ranch, you will never go back! It takes 5 minutes and is SO GOOD!
    • Garlic Bread– our go to recipe! People are always asking what makes it so good… the secret is in the spread!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Beef Enchilada Casserole– One of the EASIEST and most loved recipes I make! You can make it the traditional way with tortillas or use this Beef Enchilada Casserole with Zucchini for a lighter version with all the flavor!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Style Rice– This is inspired from the flavors of Tex-mex I grew up eating almost daily!
    • Black Beans– If your crock pot is full, doctor up some canned beans! Otherwise make these amazing black beans from scratch in the crock pot!
    • Toppings:
      • Shredded lettuce
      • Corn Salsa
      • Pico de Gallo
      • Sour Cream
      • Guacamole

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Baked Panko Crusted Chicken with Honey Drizzle-For as simple as this recipe is, you won’t believe how much flavor it has! We use a special method to keep the seasoned panko crispy and delicious while baking hands off in the oven (no frying here!) Then top it off with the honey drizzle for an over the top delicious dinner.
  • Side Dish:
    • Brown Butter Broccoli– This is going to be your new go-to way to make broccoli! DELICIOUS and super quick too!
    • Ranch Smashed Potatoes– If you haven’t made potatoes like this, you are missing out on life!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: French Onion Meatballs – The perfect hearty meal for a busy weeknight. These meatballs are great for getting in some new flavors when you are in a dinner rut. It almost tastes like a much heartier version of french onion soup!! Bonus- Leftovers reheat great!
  • Sides:
    • Mashed Potatoes– Cream cheese makes these mashed potatoes extra creamy!
    • Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts– The crispy leaves on the outside of these is what got my kids loving brussels sprouts!

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Cheesy Sour Cream Chicken Bake– This is the newest recipe in our super popular chicken bake collection. This recipe layers two kinds of cheese in with sour cream and all envelopes the tender chicken breast. It is a creamy dreamy delight!
  • Side:
    • Pesto Caesar Tortellini Salad– Super quick and easy and full of flavor!
    • Garlic Roasted Veggies– I love making an extra big batch so I can eat them on a salad or some pasta the next day.
  • Dessert – Cornflake Cookies-  I grew up on these and if you haven’t tried them, you may be surprised just how you love the crunch of a cornflake in a cookie!!

APPETIZER

  • Loaded Taco Dip– SO many layers of deliciousness! This recipe is a crowd pleaser in the biggest way!
