Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Creamy Spinach Chicken Bake– If you love spinach dip, you are going to need to try this recipe asap! This creamy, garlicky chicken dinner is made in just one dish and loaded with the best flavors!
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Bread– This is our favorite recipe!
    • Roasted Vegetable Medley– I really love this side, and make it almost once a week!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Pork Carnitas Street Tacos– If you aren’t making tacos like this, you are missing out! This is not only really, really delicious, but makes tacos quick and easy to make as a batch!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Rice– These taste just like a Mexican restaurant!
    • Black Beans– My favorite trick for making canned beans taste amazing.
    • Chips and Salsa– This is seriously the EASIEST salsa- it only takes 5 minutes to make and is so good!

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Loaded Baked Potato Chicken Casserole– All the flavor you love in a big fluffy baked potato combined with tender chicken breast and baked to perfection, casserole style! This hearty dinner couldn’t be easier and is a comforting classic perfect for a busy night .
  • Side Dish:
    • Side Salad with Homemade Ranch– Seriously this ranch is THE BEST and so quick and easy to make.
    • Skillet Green Beans– These are a fast, healthy, and kid friendly side! You can’t go wrong!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Cajun Chicken Pasta – This recipe ranks up there in my family favorites! With tender chunks of chicken, sweet peppers, and pasta enveloped in a creamy cajun sauce, you may just find yourself licking the pan. I warned you! You can also find my lighter version of the Cajun Chicken Zoodles here.
  • Sides:
    • Side Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette – Everyone that tastes this dressing raves, and it literally takes 5 minutes to make! Seriously- make the dressing!
    • Garlic Cheese Bread– So good!!

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Loaded Chicken Salad– Over the years this has been one of the most loved recipes on my websites. There is a good reason too… it is DELICIOUS!! This chicken salad can be thrown together quickly and served as a sandwich, on a salad, or even stuffed in a tomato or pepper.
    • Side:
      • Italian Tortellini Salad– I love pairing simple salads together to make a meal with lots of flavor. These compliment each other so well.
      • Mediterranean Chickpea Salad– Another salad that will just rock your world with flavor! I could eat this one all day long.
  • Dessert – No Bake Cookies–  My personal method for these is to keep them hidden at the back of the fridge. One because no one knows they are there but me, and two because they taste so good chilled! You have to try it!

APPETIZER

  • Honey BBQ Meatballs– I love how crazy simple this recipe is, and how you can leave it on in the crock pot to graze all day long if needed!
