Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Creamy Chicken Piccata– This may seem like fancy restaurant food, but I promise you can make it… and do it in 30 min or less!! This amazing chicken dinner is definitely a great way to up your weeknight dinner game!
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Mashed Potatoes– These are so easy and perfect for soaking up all that delicious gravy!
    • Garlic Parmesan Broccoli– My kids think this is the only way we should eat broccoli. What do you think?!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Baked Crispy Beef Tacos– If you aren’t making tacos like this, you are missing out! This is not only really, really delicious, but makes tacos quick and easy to make as a batch!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Rice– These taste just like a Mexican restaurant!
    • Black Beans– My favorite trick for making canned beans taste amazing.

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Firecracker Chicken– These tender chicken bites are coated in the most irresistible sauce! It is quick to make and may disappear just as quick if your family loves it as much as mine does .
  • Side Dish:
    • Sautéd Green Beans– These are fast, use only one skillet, and go perfectly with this meal.
    • Yum Yum Sauce or Spicy Mayo– my kids love yum yum sauce and the grown ups opt for the spicy version to top off this dish. Both are so easy to make!
    • Rice– You can make white or brown rice- or go with a low carb alternative like cauliflower rice. I like to serve a scoop of rice, a scoop of stir fry then top it off with the sauce.

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Ground Turkey Vegetable Skillet – It doesn’t get much easier than this! I absolutely love this recipe because you can feel 100% great about what you are eating, and also really enjoy eating it too! It makes great leftovers and is extra protein and veggie packed!
  • Sides:
    • Side Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette – Everyone that tastes this dressing raves, and it literally takes 5 minutes to make! Seriously- make the dressing!
    • Garlic Cheese Bread– So good!!

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Hawaiian Steak– We got this recipe from a restaurant in a small town in Mississippi and have been making it now for over 15 years! This marinade makes the best steak, and what better way to kick off the weekend than with a good steak?!.
    • Side:
      • Pasta Salad– This classic pasta salad goes well with the steak, but I love it even more for an easy lunch the next day!
      • Roasted Brussels Sprouts– These are so good and may make you fall in love with Brussels Sprouts!
  • Dessert – Soft Sugar Cookies–  I am a chocolate girl… unless you offer me these sugar cookies! These are so tender, soft, and absolutely delicious! They are best when you add on a layer of this buttercream frosting!

APPETIZER

  • Buffalo Chicken Roll ups– You can’t go wrong with these for a snack, or a quick party food! They are quick to make and can be easily scaled to feed a crowd with these universally loved flavors!
