Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Garlic Herb Butter Steak– Steak kinda seems like fancy food, but you can’t go wrong when it only takes 15 minutes from start to finish! You can use this absolutely delicious method with any cut of steak so grab your favorite or whatever the weekly special is at the market.
  • Side Dish:
    • Perfect Roasted Vegetables– I love making these early in the week and then using leftovers to top a salad, on a wrap, or with pasta. They go great with everything!
    • Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing– Seriously feel like a steakhouse by adding this quick wedge salad. The dressing is to-die-for delicious and so incredibly simple to make. Just split a head of iceberg in to 4-6 wedges. Add a drizzle of dressing, some diced tomato, crumbled bacon, and extra cheese if you want.

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Baked Chicken Fajitas– This recipe has been so viral over the years that millions of people have made it and keep coming back to it because it is so quick, easy and delicious!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Rice– This is great classic tex-mex style rice!
    • Toppings– You can add a dollop of sour cream, guacamole, or salsa to customize it to your taste preference!

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Garlic Herb Chicken Pillows– This recipe takes a super creamy chicken mixture seasoned with garlic and herbs and packs it into a delicious crescent roll crust. Quick + Easy + Delicious = Perfect for dinner!!
  • Side Dish:
    • Cucumber Tomato Salad– I love this light summer salad because you can make it ahead and the flavors just get better!
    • Smashed Potatoes– Our most favorite way to eat potatoes!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Crock Pot Smothered Pork Chops – The perfect mid-week dump and go recipe to get a hearty meal on the table when you are super busy! This crock pot pork recipe is super easy and can make a good portion!
  • Sides:
    • Mashed Potatoes– I like to serve the pork chops right on top of the mashed potatoes. You need something to soak up all the delicious sauce they cook in so garlic bread is another good option.
    • Bacon Broccoli Salad– You can make this ahead and leave it in the fridge until it is time to serve.

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Chicken Fajita Nachos– Use the leftovers from Tuesday to make our favorite Friday dinner! I am always amazed at how when it is in the from of a nacho, I can get my kids to eat so many vegetables… and ask for more!!
  • Side:
    • Cilantro Lime Rice– Easy and tastes just like Chipotle.
    • Crock Pot Black Beans– I love to let the slow cooker do the work. I make a big batch and freeze half for later. These are next level!
  • Dessert – Bakery Soft Sugar Cookies–  These are the softest most pillowy sugar cookies and we love them so much!

APPETIZER

  • Layered Greek Dip– I get asked for the recipe for this EVERY time I bring it!! It is the perfect refreshing app for grazing this summer!
