Family Meal Plan
Week 394
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Chicken Piccata – This one feels fancy but comes together fast! Lemony, buttery, and a little salty from the capers. My husband asks for it all the time!
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – Perfect for soaking up all that piccata sauce. Don’t skip it.
- Mashed Potatoes – Creamy, buttery, and exactly what you want on the plate. Nobody ever leaves any behind.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Baked Turkey Tenderloin – Make this instead of chicken – it’s a great change and it’s so juicy!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Green Beans – The crispy edges are the best part. Super easy and they go with just about anything.
- Mile High Biscuits – Tall, flaky, and so good with butter. These always disappear first!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Million Dollar Chicken Bake – A friend asked for the recipe the first time I served it! This is my OG million dollar recipe and has hundreds of reviews!
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad with Ranch Dressing – This dressing takes 5 minutes to make and IS WORTH IT!
- Roasted Veggies – Toss them in the oven and walk away. Whatever veggies you have work great.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Smothered Pork Chops with Gravy – Made in the crockpot, so you just set it and forget it! The pork gets fall-apart tender and the gravy is the best part.
- Side Dish:
- Macaroni and Cheese – Old-fashioned baked mac and cheese, just like grandma made it!
- Glazed Carrots – Roasted with a little maple syrup so they turn out sweet and tender. Even the picky eaters ask for seconds.
Friday
- Main Dish: Pull Apart Pizza – Pizza night made fun! Everyone gets to grab a cheesy piece, and the kids love helping put it together.
- Side Dish:
- La Scala Chopped Salad – Chickpeas, salami, and mozzarella in a tangy dressing. It tastes like something from a restaurant and goes great with pizza.
- Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan – Simple, garlicky, and a little cheesy. It’s the veggie that actually gets eaten.
- Dessert – Fudge Brownies from Scratch – My go-to when I need to bring something and someone always asks for the recipe! Rich, fudgy, and topped with chocolate frosting.
Appetizer
- Pear and Gorgonzola Puff Pastry Bites – Sweet pear and tangy gorgonzola in flaky pastry. They look impressive, but they’re really easy, and my friends gobbled them up when I first made them.
