Family Meal Plan
Week 392
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Easy Baked Curry Chicken – If you love a good curry but don’t want to spend forever making dinner, THIS is your recipe! It’s packed with flavor, easy to prep, and baked right in the oven. Add this one to your weeknight rotation!
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – Fresh and full of lemon flavor. This rice is SO good with the curry chicken, and you’ll want to scoop up every last bite.
- Garlic Roasted Vegetables – A little garlic makes vegetables so much better! Toss these in the oven while dinner cooks, and you’ve got an easy side handled.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Roasted Turkey Breast – Turkey dinner doesn’t have to wait for a holiday! This roasted turkey breast is juicy, flavorful and surprisingly easy to make. Save this one for a Sunday dinner or any night you’re craving turkey.
- Side Dish:
- Herb Roasted Potatoes – Crispy edges, fluffy centers and plenty of herby flavor. These potatoes belong next to that turkey, and I would absolutely make extra for leftovers!
- Rotini Pasta Salad – Pasta salad is always a good idea, especially when you want something you can make ahead. It’s colorful, full of flavor and perfect alongside roasted turkey.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Chicken Parmesan Casserole – Chicken Parmesan, but make it a casserole! You’ve got tender chicken, pasta, sauce and melty cheese all together in one dish. It’s a family favorite dinner, and nobody has to stand around frying chicken.
- Side Dish:
- Italian House salad – Make Creamy Italian Dressing because it only takes 5 minutes and is amazingly delicious!!
- Tomato Basil Salad – A great little caprese style appetizer or side that is just too easy!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni with Hot Honey – Pepperoni pizza and baked pasta had a very good idea when they got together. The pasta bakes right in one dish, and that little drizzle of hot honey takes it to another level. Trust me, don’t skip it! But if you have to, I won’t judge 😉
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Cheese Bread – Cheesy, garlicky bread next to saucy baked pasta? I don’t think I need to explain this one. Make enough for everyone to grab a second piece!
- Roasted Green Beans – An easy veggie side that balances out all that cheesy goodness. Toss them in the oven, let them roast and dinner is covered.
Friday
- Main Dish: Beef Enchilada Soup – All those delicious enchilada flavors in a big bowl of soup! Load it up with your favorite toppings, grab some cornbread and call it Friday dinner. My favorite part is that everyone can customize their own bowl.
- Side Dish:
- Buttermilk cornbread – With just a few pantry staples you can have a deliciously, moist cornbread everyone will love.
- Side salad with creamy jalapeño ranch dressing is great if you are hoping to keep your meal light.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars – A chewy, delicious dessert bar that rarely lasts longer than a day in my house! Peanut butter lovers, you’ll want to save this recipe.
Appetizer
- Saucy Buffalo Chicken Tenders – I love buffalo sauce and because the flavor is so good you won’t even miss the breading on these tenders. If you want to beef up this appetizer with even more, check out the new list we have for sides that would pair well! They’re perfect for game day, an easy appetizer or whenever that buffalo chicken craving hits!
