Family Meal Plan
– Week 388
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Mini Meatloaf Sheet Pan Dinner – A FULL meal on one sheet pan, so you don’t even really need extra sides. Just in case though I am still including them.
- Side Dish:
- Grandma’s Mac ‘n Cheese – This one has been in the family for years and it’s just as good reheated the next day (if there’s any left).
- Healthy Balsamic Vinaigrette – Drizzle this on a house salad that is packed with cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes and croutons. It’s too easy not to make!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Ranch Baked Chicken Thighs – Just a few pantry staples and the oven does the rest. The ranch flavor on these is so good.
- Side Dish:
- Green Beans – A quick stovetop side that comes together while the chicken finishes up.
- Baked Potato Wedges – Crispy edges, soft in the middle. My kids ask for these constantly!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Mediterranean Chicken – Another sheet pan situation because let’s be honest, fewer dishes is always a win.
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – Bright, fresh and a nice change from plain rice.
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad – This one is loaded with flavor and honestly could be a meal on its own.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Million Dollar Spaghetti Bake – Trust me on the name, this is comfort food at its finest and a total family favorite.
- Side Dish:
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad – Light, quick and so delish!
- Garlic Bread – Because can you have pasta without garlic bread?
Friday
- Main Dish: Crockpot French Dip – Throw it in the crockpot in the morning and dinner basically makes itself. House smells incredible all day!
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – My kids favorite way to eat broccoli!
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes – The perfect thing to dunk in that au jus, if you ask me.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter M&M Cookies – A little crunch, a little chocolate, and they disappear fast around here.
Appetizer
- Hawaiian Meatballs – Sweet, sticky, and always the first thing to disappear off the table.
