Family Meal Plan
Week 381
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Meatloaf with Potatoes – There’s nothing better than kicking off the week with a dinner that practically cooks itself. This hearty meatloaf and potatoes is classic comfort food with hardly any effort!
- Side Dish:
- Grandma’s Baked Mac – This pairs perfectly with meatloaf for a dinner everyone will be excited about.
- Side salad with Ranch dressing – If you haven’t tried my 5-minute homemade ranch yet, this is the perfect excuse. It’s so easy to make and so much better than store bought.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Stir Fry Sauce – Using this you can drizzle it over a Chicken Stir Fry for the easiest weeknight meal thats full of veggies.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad – You can make this ahead of time, so dinner comes together even faster!
- Steamed Rice – White or brown rice would be great to soak up the stir fry sauce. Quinoa would also work.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Shake ‘n Bake Chicken Tenders – Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and always kid-approve!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Beans and Ground Beef – A simple, hearty side that’s packed with flavor and comes together with just a few ingredients.
- Instant Pot Corn on the Cob – The garlic butter takes this corn to the next level. If you want to use your slow cooker, my crockpot version is another great option.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Easy Ravioli Lasagna – This shortcut recipe is cheesy, hearty, and perfect for a busy night.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – Our favorite garlic bread recipe has one simple secret that makes it extra delicious. You’ll want to make extra!
- Sauteed Green Beans – The garlic version is my favorite alongside this meal. It adds just the right amount of freshness to balance all that cheesy goodness.
Friday
- Main Dish: French Onion Pot Roast – Just four ingredients and about ten minutes of prep are all it takes. The slow cooker does the rest, and the whole family will be asking for seconds.
- Side Dish:
- Creamy Mashed Potatoes – My go-to mashed potatoes are rich, creamy, and made for soaking up all that incredible pot roast gravy!
- Stick of Butter Rice – Made with simple pantry staples, this buttery rice is unbelievably easy and disappears so fast.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars – Chewy peanut butter bars with swirls of melty chocolate make the perfect sweet ending to the week.
Appetizer
- Party Meatballs – These crockpot meatballs are a staple for every pot luck or BBQ!
