Family Meal Plan
Week 378
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Hot Honey Chicken – This recipe has been on repeat at my house lately. The sweet heat is so good and the fact that everything cooks on one pan makes me love it even more.
- Side Dish:
- Vegetable Fried Rice – Better than takeout and a great way to sneak a few extra veggies onto everyone’s plate.
- Asian Cucumber Salad – Cool, crunchy, and the perfect match for the hot honey chicken.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Italian Turkey and Veggie Skillet – This is proof that simple ingredients can still make an amazing dinner. My husband always goes back for another scoop, and I love that it’s packed with veggies without anyone complaining.
- Side Dish:
- Pasta – Spoon this right over your favorite pasta. Ravioli and tortellini are always a huge hit with my kids.
- Side Salad with Creamy Italian Dressing – This dressing is one of my favorites on the whole website. I almost always have a jar in the fridge!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Garlic Herb Steak – If you make one thing this week, let it be the chimichurri to drizzle over the steak. It completely changes the game and makes dinner feel restaurant-worthy without the restaurant bill.
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Vegetables – Toss them in the oven and forget about them while everything else cooks.
- Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes – I have to make extra every single time because everyone wants seconds…including me.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole – This recipe has been a reader favorite for years, and after one bite you’ll understand why. It’s easy to throw together and always gets clean plates at my house.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Broccoli – If broccoli needs a glow-up, this is it.
- Cucumber Tomato Salad – Fresh, simple, and a nice way to round out dinner.
Friday
- Main Dish: Skillet Chicken Fajitas – I honestly don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this recipe. It’s fast, packed with flavor, and everyone gets excited when fajitas are on the menu. We usually end up fighting over the leftovers!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Rice – You can’t go wrong with this alongside fajitas.
- Refried Beans – Sometimes the classics are classics for a reason!
- Jalapeno Ranch – My kids are obsessed with this dressing. Don’t let the name fool you because it’s creamy, flavorful, and absolutely incredible drizzled over fajitas.
- Dessert – Churro Cheesecake Bars – These are dangerous in the best possible way. Every time I walk through the kitchen I end up cutting “just a tiny piece.”
Appetizer
- Honey Whipped Feta Dip – This feels fancy enough for company, but it takes hardly any effort. Put it out with crackers or veggies and watch everyone keep coming back for one more bite.
