Family Meal Plan
– Week 366
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Cheesy Sausage Tortellini – Everything goes on one pan, it gets cheesy and golden, and dinner feels like a win with almost no cleanup. This one disappears fast!
- Side Dish:
- Creamy Caesar Salad with Garlic Panko – That crunchy garlic topping makes this feel so extra and my kids actually don’t skip the salad when this is on the table!
- BEST Garlic Bread – We absolutely did not need garlic bread with this meal… and I still make it every single time. No regrets.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Perfect Baked Chicken Breast – This is the chicken recipe I come back to over and over. It turns out juicy every time and I always make more than we need because it saves me the next day!
- Side Dish:
- Creamy Ranch Pasta Salad – This is one of those sides that just quietly disappears. Everyone grabs a scoop without even thinking about it.
- Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts – I used to think my kids didn’t like brussels sprouts until I made them like this. Now they ask for the crispy pieces!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Thai Style Chicken Salad with Peanut Dressing – Using leftover chicken and turning it into this feels like a miracle. It comes together so fast and I love having a dinner that doesn’t feel heavy midweek.
- Side Dish:
- Sauteed Green Beans – Quick, simple, and I can get these on the table without even thinking about it.
- Hibachi Chicken – My family gets way too excited when I make this. If you double it, you will thank yourself later.
Thursday
- Main dish: Shredded BBQ Chicken Casserole – This is a scoop-it-and-serve kind of night and honestly that’s exactly what I need by Thursday. It’s easy and everyone is happy.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes – We pile everything right on top and call it dinner. It works every time!
- Homemade Tortillas – When I make these, my kids think it’s the best night ever. And they’re way easier than you’d expect. The best part is scooping the bbq chicken into them!
Friday
- Main Dish: BLT Turkey Sliders – We’re getting into the warmer months when I don’t like using my oven! We love these sliders because there is no cooking required and the kids can grab one when we’re on the go! If you need more no cooking required ideas I made a list for you!
- Side Dish:
- Cowboy Baked Beans – These are always one of the first things gone. I usually wish I made a double batch.
- Fruit Salad – Something fresh to round everything out and it takes just a few minutes to throw together.
- Dessert – Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies – I have to hide a couple of these if I want one later. They go fast every single time.
Appetizer
- Slow Cooker Buffalo Wings – I’ve made wings every way you can think of and this is the one I keep coming back to. They are so tender and my family goes all in on these.
