Family Meal Plan
– Week 363
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Chicken Cobbler – If you haven’t tried this yet, now is the time! It went viral for a reason and it’s a dinner everyone gets excited about when it hits the table.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes – Spoon that chicken right over the top and you’ve got a dinner that feels extra filling without any extra work.
- Roasted Green Beans – Throw these in the oven and let them cook while everything else comes together. Easy and always a good call.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Slow Cooker Jambalaya – This is hearty, packed with flavor, and one of those meals that keeps everyone full (even the teenagers!!).
- Side Dish:
- Homemade Buttermilk Cornbread – Warm cornbread on the side just makes everything better. It’s simple and always worth it.
- Creamy Southern Coleslaw – Cool and crunchy which balances out the bold creole flavors from the jambalaya.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Creamy Garlic Pork Chops – Pork chops are back and this recipe proves why. The sauce keeps them juicy and makes them something the whole family will actually want to eat.
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Vegetables – A simple side that works with anything and doesn’t take much effort at all!
- Steakhouse Wedge Salad – This feels like something you’d order out, but it’s so easy to throw together at home! Don’t forget to make this Bleu Cheese Dressing to drizzle over it.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Baked Orange Chicken – Skip the takeout and make this instead. It’s saucy, a little sweet, and always a hit with kids and adults.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Pork Peanut Noodles – Full of flavor and perfect for bulking dinner up even more.
- Veggie Fried Rice – This pulls everything together and makes it feel like a full takeout night at home.
Friday
- Main Dish: Beef Enchilada Meatballs – This is a great way to switch things up for dinner. Serve them however your family likes (with pasta, rice etc.) and watch them disappear. You could even stuff them into tortillas or taco shells for an easy Mexican-inspired dinner.
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Rice – Fresh and the perfect base for those meatballs.
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – This one always gets attention. It’s quick to prep and people go back for seconds.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies – If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you’re going to want to keep this recipe on repeat.
Appetizer
- Crockpot Onion Dip – Set this out and it’s gone before dinner even starts. It’s that good and couldn’t be easier.
