Family Meal Plan

*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*

Monday

  • Main Dish: Lemon Feta Chicken – Bright, fresh, and way easier than it sounds. This is one of those dinners that feels like you really showed up without actually doing the most.
  • Side Dish:
    • Caesar Salad w Crispy Panko – That crunchy topping makes people actually excited about salad, which feels like a small parenting miracle!
    • Pesto Roasted Veggies – These smell so good in the oven that suddenly everyone cares what vegetable night is about 😉

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: Rotisserie Chicken Noodle Soup – When the weather man says “freezing”, this is the dinner that just makes sense. Using rotisserie chicken means you’re eating sooner and standing less!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Cornbread – I love cornbread with any type of soup, but THIS is a leveled-up cornbread.
    • Chicken Salad Sandwich – Quick to throw together, filling enough to keep everyone happy, and way better than another side salad.

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: Hibachi Chicken – This one always feels fun on a random weeknight, and making extra now means future (Friday) you is about to be very grateful.
  • Side Dish:
    • Veggie Fried Rice – Rice is a must here, but the real star is the sauce situation. Once you drizzle yum yum sauce on top, everything else just works.
    • Sautéed Green Beans – Quick, simple, and they add just enough crunch to round out the plate without overthinking it.

Thursday

  • Main Dish: French Dip Sandwiches – This is one of those dinners that gets silence at the table, which is how you know it’s a hit. Don’t skip the dipping part!
  • Side Dish:
    • Ranch Smashed Potatoes – Crispy edges, fluffy centers, and ranch. Enough said.
    • Side Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette – A fresh, simple balance to all the goodness happening on the plate.

Friday

  • Main Dish: Hibachi Bowls – Leftovers from Wednesday are doing the heavy lifting tonight and no one has to know how easy this actually was.
  • Side Dish:
    • Rice – Use what you’ve got or make a fresh batch and pile everything on top. Bowls make life easier!
    • Classic Cucumber Tomato Salad – Cool, fresh, and perfect next to all the bold flavors going on.
    • Toppings: Sesame seeds, yum yum sauce, and green onions. This is where everyone gets involved and suddenly dinner feels kind of fun.
  • Dessert – Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies – Soft, chewy, and just sweet enough. These disappear fast, so don’t be surprised if you’re baking a second batch.

Appetizer

  • Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip – This one never makes it back home with leftovers. Easy to throw together and guaranteed to get recipe requests.
