Family Meal Plan
– Week 348
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Slow Cooker Beef Stew – The kind of dinner that makes you feel like you really have it together. Toss everything in earlier in the day and come home to a warm, hearty meal that tastes like it cooked itself.
- Side Dish:
- Steakhouse Style House Salad – A fresh little reset to balance the cozy stew.
- Homemade Buttermilk Cornbread – Soft, buttery, and just the thing to scoop up every last bite.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: French Onion Pot Roast – Just four ingredients and ten minutes of prep. The whole family will be obsessed!
- Side Dish:
- Stick of Butter Rice – Pantry staples come together to make the easiest, most irresistible rice..
- Sautéed Green Beans – Quick, garlicky, and perfectly crisp. They look fancy but take almost no effort.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Parm Meatloaf Muffins – All the flavors of chicken parm tucked into cute little muffin portions with a melty surprise in the middle. I’m pretty sure even the pickiest eaters can’t resist these!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – Because it’s everyone’s favorite!
- Creamy Tomato & Basil Pasta – A speedy, silky pasta that ties the whole meal together.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Pineapple Chicken – A sweet and savory “dump it in and let dinner happen” recipe that’s always a win on a busy weeknight.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Spicy Mayo – A quick drizzle takes the flavor up a notch. Add a little teriyaki if you’re feeling bold.
- Rice – Whatever you have works – white, brown, or fried. We love serving the chicken right on top.
Friday
- Main Dish: Caprese Flatbread with Chicken – A fast and fresh twist on pizza night. The pesto, tomatoes, and balsamic glaze are dreamy, and the shortcut in the recipe makes this feel like a cheat code for Friday nights.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Roasted Vegetables – Crispy edges, big flavor, and the best smell filling your kitchen.
- Broccoli Cauliflower Salad – Light, crunchy, and full of texture. It’s a great way to round out the week.
- Dessert – Cinnamon Snowball Cookie – I crave these year round even though I usually save them for the holidays.
Appetizer
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla – Think of these as the ultimate “everyone will actually eat this” snack. Cheesy, crispy, and loaded with chicken and bacon. Perfect for hungry kids circling the kitchen or as a fun little starter before dinner.
