Family Meal Plan
Meal Plan – Week 345
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Taco Soup – Toss everything in, let it cook all day, and dinner basically serves itself. It’s one of those meals my kids happily eat without a single complaint!
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad with Jalapeno Ranch Dressing – Fresh greens with a little kick. It’s the easiest way to round out taco soup night.
- Easy Mexican Cornbread – Soft, sweet, and so good with a warm bowl of soup. We always go back for another slice.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Tuscan Pork Chops – A true one-pan lifesaver! Rich, flavorful, and shockingly quick for a weeknight.
- Side Dish:
- Italian Quinoa Salad – Light, herby, and a nice break from the usual pasta sides.
- Creamy Mashed Potatoes – Because a good pork chop deserves a scoop of something buttery.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: French Onion Meatballs – All the flavor of French onion soup but in meatball form. I can’t wait for you to try them!
- Side Dish:
- Crispy Brussels Sprouts – These roast up fast and turn into little caramelized bites. Even my sprout-skeptical kid likes them.
- Garlic Bread – You need something to swipe up all that oniony goodness, and this is it.
Thursday
- Main Dish: My Thanksgiving Menu – Here’s everything we’re making this year! And if you’re craving a switch-up, I pulled together a whole list of non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner ideas.
- Side Dish: If you need inspiration, I’ve got you covered with a huge list of 45+Thanksgiving side dish recipes.
- Corn Casserole – This one went wild last year. It’s sweet, buttery, and always disappears first.
- Baked Mac and Cheese – A Thanksgiving must! Creamy, rich, and totally worth the spot on your plate.
- Other popular recipes:
Friday
- Main Dish: Turkey Cranberry Sliders – Leftovers never tasted this good! I look forward to these all year and usually make a second batch because they go fast. We also like to make grilled sandwiches with turkey, white cheese (like brie), and cranberry sauce. Oh my, I can not wait!
- Side Dish:
- Turkey Bean Soup – A warm, easy way to use up some of that turkey without feeling like you’re eating the same thing twice.
- Southern Squash Casserole – A holiday-season classic that hits the table every year. Kids like it, adults love it.
- Dessert – Cinnamon Streusel Blondies – Sweet, buttery bars with a cinnamon crunch on top. The whole house smells amazing while they bake. Last week, I confessed that I ate these for breakfast!
Appetizer
- Crockpot Party Meatballs – This is the holiday appetizer that shows up at every event for a reason. Tangy, tasty, and so easy to keep warm in the slow cooker all day.
