Family Meal Plan
– Week 343
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Bang Bang Chicken and Rice Bake – This one pan dinner has “winner” written all over it! It has a little kick, but nothing too spicy that kids can’t handle.
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Green Beans – These come out tender with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. They’re a total hit every time.
- Asian Cucumber Salad – This salad is cool and crunchy with some tang that keeps you coming back for more.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Steak Bites – If you’ve been here a while, you probably remember when these broke the internet. The slow cooker does all the work, and you get juicy steak bites in a rich garlic butter sauce everyone loves.
- Side Dish:
- House Salad – A quick toss-together side that always makes dinner feel complete.
- Mashed Potatoes – Fluffy, buttery, and made for soaking up that delicious steak bite sauce.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Creamy Sausage and Spinach Stuffed Shells – This is one of those dinners that looks fancy but takes hardly any effort. It’s creamy, cheesy, and everyone goes back for seconds.
- Side Dish:
- Baked Asparagus – So easy to make and even easier to clean up after. My kind of side!
- Garlic Cheese Bread – The kind of bread that disappears before it hits the table. Make it and you’ll see what I mean!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Korean Lettuce Wraps – Fresh and flavorful, these are a fun way to switch things up. My family loves building their own at the table.
- Side Dish:
- Sauteed Onions and Peppers – Warm and slightly caramelized – they’re the perfect add-on for the wraps.
- Citrus Rice – Easy, quick and delicious. You can’t go wrong with this rice!
- Shredded Cabbage – Thinly shredded cabbage is a healthy, fresh way to add even more crunch..
Friday
- Main Dish: Barbacoa Tostadas – Messy in the best way possible. Everyone builds their own, and dinner feels like a mini party.
- Side Dish:
- Easy Borracho Beans – Hearty, flavorful, and honestly good enough to eat on their own.
- Mexican Roasted Veggies – Full of flavor and just the right amount of char. Even my veggie skeptics are on board.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars – These are soft, sweet, and loaded with peanut butter. Hide a few before the family finds them – trust me!
Appetizer
- Honey BBQ Boneless Wings – These never last long at my house. Sweet, sticky, and totally irresistible. I could make a meal out of just these!
