Family Meal Plan
– Week 342
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Chicken Tikka Masala – Rich, flavorful, and hands-off. Toss it in the crockpot and walk away. My family asks for this one on repeat!
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – A simple, quick side that balances all that creamy sauce.
- Garlic Roasted Vegetables – Quick to roast, full of flavor, and a sneaky way to get veggies in.
- Naan Bread – I buy this at the grocery store and it’s great to dip into the sauce.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Blackened Chicken Thighs – Juicy and full of flavor. Thighs are fool-proof and they don’t dry out!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – Creamy on the inside with crispy edges, they’re the side everyone fights over.
- Pesto Caesar Tortellini Salad – Cheesy, herby, and a little indulgent; this pasta salad disappears fast in my house.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Alfredo – Maybe the best crockpot recipe ever? A hands-off dinner is a weekday win when you don’t want to fuss in the kitchen.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – The chef’s kiss to your pasta and the ideal side for soaking up the sauce.
- Simple Green Salad – Tomatoes, radishes, carrots or your favorite toppings tossed with either a lemon vinaigrette dressing or a easy buttermilk ranch dressing.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Cowboy Casserole – Hearty, layered, and exactly what your family will ask for seconds of. This one is a busy-weeknight lifesaver.
- Side Dish:
- Southwest Corn – Sweet, smoky, and a little spicy – simple, and everyone will love it.
- Mexican Caesar Salad – This is the salad my kids reach for – it’s the crunch and the zesty dressing for sure!
Friday
- Main Dish: Pull Apart Pizza Bread – Fun to make, fun to eat…it’s Friday night pizza, done right!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Broccoli – Roasted until golden with a little cheesy punch, it sneaks in some veggies without complaint.
- Easy Caprese Salad – Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil make a light side that tastes fancy but takes no time.
- Dessert — Chocolate Chip Cookies – My famous chocolate chip cookies, but in small batch form! Chewy, sweet, and gone before anyone can say “who wants dessert?”
Appetizer
- Mini Pigs in a Blanket – These disappear faster than I can roll them out. Kids and adults both love sneaking bites before these even hit the table.
