Family Meal Plan
Meal Plan – Week 339

Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Chicken Ramen – Dinner that basically cooks itself! Cozy, flavorful, and everyone goes back for “just one more bite.”
- Side Dish:
- Cucumber Salad with Ginger Dressing – cool and crisp with just the right tang.
- Brown Butter Broccoli – We call this the glow-up broccoli!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Garlic Parmesan Chicken – Crispy, garlicky chicken that smells so good my kids start asking when dinner’s ready.
- Side Dish:
- Loaded Cauliflower Soup – This IS your veggie and it has so much flavor that the kids won’t even know that’s what they’re eating!
- Super Easy Dinner Rolls – Did the title sell you? These rolls are ready fast and gone even faster.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Baked BBQ Chicken Drumsticks – If anyone’s home while these are baking, I can count on them hovering by the oven. They never even make it to the table before someone sneaks a bite!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Potato Wedges – Golden and crisp with that perfect salty crunch.
- Caramelized Onions – Sweet, savory, and exactly what these sandwiches need.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken Rice Casserole – If your family loves buffalo chicken, this one’s an easy win!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Veggies – Toss them on a pan and let the oven do the work.
- Celery, Carrots, & Homemade Ranch – Because what’s buffalo chicken without the classic combo?
Friday
- Main Dish: Meatball Pasta Bake – Cheesy, saucy, and it’ll make everyone happy. It’s Friday-night easy, and we love that.
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette – Adds something fresh and crunchy to the plate.
- Garlic Bread – Ending the week without bread would feel wrong!
- Dessert – Cinnamon Swirl Cake – Soft, buttery cake with gooey cinnamon running through it. It tastes like fall in every bite!
Appetizer
- Burrata Caprese Salad – The perfect fresh salad that is extra quick and easy to make.
