Family Meal Plan
– Week 337
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Alfredo – My family can’t get enough of this one, and it’s hands-off in the crockpot while you handle homework, errands, or just take a breather!
- Side Dish:
- The BEST Garlic Bread – Crispy, buttery, and basically made for mopping up that Alfredo sauce.
- Italian House Salad – I’m not kidding you that this is a salad the kids will eat! Every time we have little friends over, they make it disappear.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Taco Soup – All the taco flavors you love without the taco night chaos. Dump it in the crockpot and let it simmer while you cross a few things off your to-do list.
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Cornbread – The easiest, and perfect side to scoop up every last bite of soup.
- Corn Salad – We LOVE this! It’s a little fresh, a little zesty, and makes the dinner feel complete with very little effort.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Bang Bang Chicken Bites – These chicken bites disappear fast in my house! Ready in about 20 minutes – you can thank me later
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Green Beans – These are super quick and made in a skillet for less dishes. My kids can’t get enough of these!
- Asian Cucumber Salad w Ginger Soy Dressing – I seriously can’t stop nibbling on this while I’m plating dinner. It’s tangy, fresh, and addictive!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Chicken Veggie Stir Fry – This dish is packed with veggies and super easy to whip up. I suggest making extra for lunches this week! Even the kids like to pack this for lunch.
- Side Dish:
- Sauce Drizzle – We love to add a little yum yum sauce or spicy mayo.
- Rice – Use white rice, brown rice or cauliflower rice for something healthier.
- Sauteed Spinach – This is ready in minutes and you can mix teriyaki sauce with it or just mix it with your stir fry.
Friday
- Main Dish: Garlic Herb Steak – It’s Friday – treat yo’self! You can do this in under 15 minutes and it tastes like a restaurant!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes – Creamy, buttery, and irresistible. Don’t tell anyone, but I always sneak a spoonful before they hit the table.
- Broccoli Salad – Honestly, sometimes this is one of the only ways I can get everyone excited about broccoli!
- Dessert – Apple Fritter Casserole – Technically this is a breakfast item, but if you add a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top of a warm scoop of this, you will NOT regret it!
Appetizer
- Mexican Street Corn Dip – Game day or not, this corn dip never lasts long. My crew hovers around it like it’s the main event.
