Family Meal Plan

Monday
- Main Dish: Ground Chicken Sloppy Joes – Just 20 minutes for the easiest weeknight dinner!
- Side Dish:
- Grandma’s Macaroni and Cheese – Cheesy, creamy AND easy.
- Chef Salad – This is a classic side and will be perfect with sloppy joes if you’re trying to keep it light.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Easy Hibachi Chicken – We LOVE hibachi, so why not make it at home?!
- Side Dish:
- Yum Yum Sauce – Is it even hibachi without the yum yum sauce?!
- Veggie Fried Rice – I like to mix a little yum yum sauce into my rice, too!
- Cucumber Salad with Ginger Soy Dressing – Zero cooking required ✔️
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Pot Roast w Carrots and Potatoes – I love a fast prep, budget friendly, no-fuss weeknight dinner and this checks all those boxes.
- Side Dish:
- Green Bean Casserole – Who says you can’t make a classic holiday side dish in the middle of the week?! This casserole is so comforting and delicious.
- Buttermilk Cornbread – This is going to become your go-to cornbread recipe – it’s tender, with crisp edges, and perfectly moist.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Carnitas Street Tacos – The creamy queso fresco and crunchy corn salsa take these tacos over the top! Save your leftover carnitas for tomorrow!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Rice – This is a one skillet wonder that tastes like it’s straight from a restaurant.
- Mexican Roasted Vegetables – These are a great way to round out a balanced dinner.
Friday
- Main Dish: Carnitas Nachos – If you’ve been around, you know I love a good nacho night! These are on my top 3 list for sure.
- Side Dish:
- EASY Guacamole – It doesn’t get any easier than this.
- Pico de Gallo – This salsa is so fresh and delicious!
- Dessert – Cowboy Cookies – Crispy on the edges and chewy on the center – yes please!
Appetizer
- Mexican Spinach Dip – The zesty twist in this dip is such a flavorful surprise!
